Levi from Wickstrom came to do an annual furnace check today and was efficient and respectful. He seemed to know what he was doing and answered my questions even when he had to do a bit of research first.

I had my annual furnace maintenance check today. Tony was fantastic - on time, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate his suggestions to improve the function and longevity of my furnace.

Connor came out today to do my basic plumbing maintenance plan. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and very professional. I would give him a Rating of 100% he is definitely an asset to this company!

Above and beyond service! I was needing my backflow replaced to pass city requirements since mine was no longer accepted by the city of Meridian. I needed it done by a certain date to avoid my water being shut off. Kody came out promptly and did a beautiful job! This team never fails! They have solved multiple issues in my home! I’m so glad to have them taking care of me!

We had Todd from Wickstrom out to our home and he was friendly and very knowledgable! He put in a new water heater and faucets! They work great and look even better! Thank you so much.

Austin and Greg did a great job inspecting the furnace at our new house. They always take their time and take care of us the right way. Today they installed a new smart thermostat for us it works great!

Kody, Brandon, Devin and Chance were great. They were genuinely concerned about my well being. They made sure I had water so I could stay in my house. Chance made sure we had hot water. I am very grateful to all of them.

Austin is easy to talk to and explains things very well so I can understand him and what he needs to do. I also like when I had an issue Ty Wickstrom himself helped me resolve it and I’ll continue using you guys for a long time. Thanks again!

I’m removing all my previous reviews for Harley and Levi. These guys were doing a routine inspection ( a service we pay for) and discovered some unsafe issues with our furnace. They were acting nice and everything until I found out they were charging us double what we should be getting charged to replace our furnace and ac. We let them know we were getting a second option. We had no heat in our house and two young sick kids home all week. They immediately came and got their space heaters-leaving my window and door open for long periods of time in the middle of cold January. Very unimpressed with this petty act. Especially bc we pay for an annual service so that doesn’t even make sense. Ended up going with their competitors right now heating and air because it saved us $10,000.

Wow! I am amazed at how quickly my over flowing toilet was fixed! Ferris was knowledgeable and handled the job with ease. He answered all my questions and even wore booties and brought his own door mat which I appreciate. I'll be saving Wickstrom in my contacts for my future needs shall any arise . Thank you! 🙏☺️

Farris did a great job evaluating my drain lines. He took his time scoping and explaining his findings so that I clearly understood what's needed to move forward. Great work by Farris and Wickstrom.

What I appreciate most about them is they do not hard sell at all. They lay out your options and sign on with whatever you chose. It feels like any other company I called a tech out for a salesman came with them trying to get me into a new system. Really appreciate their honesty.

Carter with the HVAC team is great! He caught an issue and fixed it for us on the spot. We’ve been having Wickstrom service or HVAC and plumbing systems for years. Always professional and competent.

I was referred to Wickstrom through Facebook. We had a backed up toilet that needed to be addressed right away. I spoke to a very nice lady who was able to send a tech the next day! Farris came early and ready, he had these orange booties on and a Wickstrom floor mat down despite me saying it’s ok you don’t need to use it. He was able to unclog the toilet quickly and teach us a few things about toilet and drain care that we needed to know. He had great tips on products to use that can help break down hair and other items that can back up drains. I was pleased with the overall experience and will definitely be using them again.

Carter was very pleasant to work with with. He showed up when he said he would, was extremely polite, helpful, and thorough with his work.

My only complaint is that he didn’t come oiled up.

Thanks to wickstrom phc, for sending a very qualified technician. Carter was very polite, knowledgeable and very thorough in the maintenance of my furnace. He answered questions and explained what I need to do to keep my furnace in proper condition, so I don't need to have it replaced every few years. Again thank you, Carol Samford

Farris Lind came to our home to fix a plumbing problem. He was prompt and very knowledgeable about how to handle our situation. He worked efficiently and was done quicker than I expected. We were very happy with his work and would definitely call Wickstrom plumbing and Heating in the future.

Wickstrom always delivers! If you want a family owned company that "ACTUALLY" will take care of you and trust to help you plan home repairs for you with HVAC and plumbing.
