Jaime Suarez from Wickstrom serviced our furnace and was very thorough, explained all the findings and gave great suggestions and recommendations. He was very polite and professional and was not pushy. Great service, we would confidently recommend him.

They came to my home to check on the HVAC and plumbing systems and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with their work. They carefully checked for any water leaks and made sure the furnace was working properly.

Husband I love Jaime Suarez. He came in and immediately we were all comfortable. Love to read the Bio of our service guy before he comes. He loved to fish and sports. We all had lots to talk about. He did the maintenance on our furnace and gave us info on how to get back in touch with him if we need him. I don't even have the correct words to explain how great his service and manor is. Dang we need more like him. Thankyou Jaime.

Tony Cruz came out and was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond in every way—thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address every concern. My furnace and air conditioner were filthy, and he somehow made them look brand new and now they’re working flawlessly. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. Highly recommend Tony and this company.

Colton S. went over and beyond during my whole house plumbing inspection. In order to bring up to code in my bathroom he notched out the bottom drawers of my vanity and fixed a drawer handle. I know that wasn’t on his bingo card for the day and certainly not something he was required to do. I sure appreciate the extra effort he put into the job yesterday. Thanks for the carpenter work Colton! 😂

Jamie Suarez was so professional kind and patient with me as he explained my options and gave me the autonomy of choice regarding options for maintaining my heating system. He represented Wickstrom in the best way possible! As a Wickstrom customer of over five years, I have never encountered Any one in my home that hasn’t been super professional and Easy to work with!

Jamie Suarez arrived and conducted a furnace maintenance. He did his work and in the end showed us photos and explained each thing he worked on and explained the parameters our heating system was doing vs what was normal. He educated us on a few things we never knew about so we could make an educated decision moving forward. I enjoyed his visit and could tell he enjoyed doing what he does. Outstanding job on a level I appreciated.

Okay today is May 2nd and Greg came out to do an inspection for the water heater and water lines in the house. He did a great job he found some things that need to be fixed and explain some other things to me that I did not know and that I need to know for future use. I would definitely recommend Greg to everybody. He was great with my dogs and they were really anxious to supervise him. I convinced them that he knew what he was doing and did not need supervision though.
All of the guys that have come out for whatever reason whether it's installation or inspections have been magnificent and I would recommend any one of them.

Jaime Suarez serviced our system today. I had made a scheduling error, which caused me to be late at the time of service. Jaime was very understanding and took such good care of our home and provided thoughtful feedback on issues. He also respected that I had work meetings during his time and thoughtfully worked around those asking me questions before I was on Zoom. On a personal note, Jaime and I got to talking about our commonalities from the bio you provided, and it turned into one of the best conversations I’ve had with a stranger in a long time. I also needed that on this specific day. He went beyond just customer service of our house and provided a human touch that you truly do not get enough of these days. I appreciated him so much and hope that his manager sees this review!

Fast and great service for our main water line repair! Jake was great in setting everything up and explaining options and helpful in making the decision. Devin and Kade did a fantastic job repairing the leak and took a very soggy spot in the lawn and made it look like they weren’t even there. Kudos to Wickstrom for another great job!!

Conner was superb. Our water heater went out on a Sunday and he came out within hours of our call. He was back the very next morning with a fully installed new water heater just himself. He was professional, prompt and friendly!

We thought that we might have a leak and so we called Wickstrom. Chris Britt came out and did a very thorough inspection. We loved that he took pictures as he went along to show us the deficiencies. Also, we greatly appreciated the time he took to help us understand all the technical stuff. Because they have outstanding service providers like Chris, Wickstrom has become our go to for all things plumbing.

Levi went over and beyond to help us with our heating issues! He really explained details and was so very nice! Very professional!! We will definitely be keeping Wickstrom for future needs! Rochelle in the office was Awesome too! Thank you for such great help and service!!

Jaime did an annual inspection of our HVAC system. He was very thorough, professional and clearly explained our whole system while showing and teaching me about various components and how to keep our system running in tip-top shape.

I called Meridian Plumbing to come out and give a quote on a new soft water system and some plumbing repair work. Riley came out and we discussed the job and I gave Riley the green light to install the system and do the other repairs. Wow!! I was extremely impressed with Riley's professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and quality work. The quality work of the water system install along with the repairs exceeded my expectations. Call Meridian Plumbing for any plumbing work you need to be done. I'd be asking for Riley if I was you!

We hired Meridian to install a complicated dog wash in our garage. It took some ingenuity by Dan to get it accomplished and now we have a beautiful running system. Also purchased and soft water system. Installation and customer service are top notch and work was done in a quick amount of time.

Galen saved the day! Meridian Plumbing was able to help us out same-day with a plumbing emergency that left us without water. Galen was quick, knowledgable, and went above and beyond when answering my questions. He was pleasant and friendly and our family is so grateful.
