I am very pleased with Meridian Plumbing. Their quick response and thorough, efficient work is very much appreciated. My garbage disposal went out this week and Alan came out to assess our situation and offered us options with quotes for an immediate replacement. He then installed the new disposal and thoroughly tested everything in very little time. He gave me clear instructions on how to register the product, use it and what do in the event it jams for whatever reason. He also explained all warranty information and how to get warranty service if needed. Very friendly and accommodating. Meridian Plumbing has also done other jobs for us in the past including installation of a new water softener a little over a year ago. Again, fast response, thoroughly-done work and fair pricing. I highly recommend Meridian Plumbing!

Dan Caruso outperformed expectation. We had him run a gas line to the kitchen for a gas range and it went perfectly. He was professional, did the job as requested, and even helped me install the range and gave me some pointers, which he was neither obligated to do, and should have charged me for as well but chose not to. Easy to work with and schedule, I highly recommend Dan at Meridian Plumbing and will likely call for him again if I have any other needs. He also bid the lowest. Half of my bids didn't even look at what they had to work with and quoted out of thin air. But because Dan saw how easy my job was, he discounted the price. 5 stars no question.

Dan Caruso is a very professional and knowledgeable journeyman plumber. He came and assessed our bathroom faucets and discussed the options and cost estimates with us. We also had him assess our water heater where he identified damage. Again, we discussed options and cost estimates. He was able to rearrange his schedule to complete the installation of the fix on the faucets and install a new, larger water heater in just a few days. In the meantime, we decided to have Dan replace our garbage disposal with an upgraded one which he also completed on a very timely basis. Dan has excellent communication skills, and we were very impressed with his knowledge and competency in completing these repairs and replacements in a timely manner.

Called Meridian Plumbing to have a bathroom fixture fixed and get cost for a few other things that needed done. Galen came out was able to come early and he looked at the bathroom fixture was able to tighten a loose something and stopped the drip. He then went over our options for the other work we want to have done. Galen just left our home for the second time and just installed our water softener and hooked up the fridge to water for us. He was great explained what he did and cleaned up any mess that he made along the way. Very happy with Galen at Meridian Plumbing will be calling again for more work that needs to be done. I had Mafi & Brian from Meridian Plumbing out on Friday morning March 8, 2024 to provide an estimate to replace my Hot Water Heater. Mafi was energetic, knowledgeable and very personable. I told him I would be getting 2 other quotes that morning. He said that if I had made a decision by noon, that they would be able to replace the Hot Water Heater that afternoon. The Meridian Plumbing quote was more than competitive & Mafi’s upbeat & positive personality closed the deal. Mafi & Brian worked very well together & even with a couple of plumbing snafus they were able to provide an exceptional installation of the Hot Water Heater. Based on a neighbor’s recommendation we hired Meridian Plumbing to do one straightforward job (replacing four outdoor spigots) and one troubleshooting project (chasing down a low water flow issue). Adrian did a solid job replacing all four spigots with as minimal repair work for me on the stucco and had great recommendations for spigot types depending on the location. Dave came by a few days later and methodically went through our plumbing system to find a valve that was partially shut that was causing the low flow. Very happy with the professionalism, scheduling, and knowledge base.

Michael Jordan came out to replace the faucet in our travel trailer. He was on time, very courteous, and when a question arose from the work Chris Gardner had done he called him to double check.
The installation of the faucet went without a hitch. When Michael was finished he mentioned that the outer water inlet looked like it might cause us some trouble in the future.
After Michael left I went to replace things under the sink and noticed a large puddle of water. I called the main office and they got ahold of Michael and said that he would return after he finished the other job he was on.
While we were waiting I went to Camping World and got the new part.
Michael arrived shortly after that and replaced the part.
He also came up with a suggestion about using a "Y" connection on the inlet. That way I could drain the line and hose before I unhooked. This would prevent any water from going into the wall.
We tried it with a "Y" connection I had and it worked perfectly.

Be careful. They are not up front and honest on cost! I called and they said it would be $100 to come look at furnace. No it’s $100 to drive out and then another $132 for them to figure out what was wrong! Guy was here like 30 minutes. Did not find out about extra fee until he took payment. Lost my future business!

Absolutely outstanding service and value. Wade and Anthony are among the most professional, efficient, and courteous people I have ever worked with. Their problem-solving skills helped them overcome numerous issues when I got my entire house re-piped. I just moved into a 90 year-old house that had a mix of rusted galvanized pipe (see picture), CPVC, and polybutylene, the latter two being known to have issues with being brittle. There were also a lot of things that weren't up to code or just plain difficult to explain due to the house having been renovated many times. Wade and Anthony were super efficient while providing quality work. They re-piped the whole house, brought the water heater up to code, moved my main water valve to a more convenient location, replaced the laundry room valve/drain box, replaced a rusted tub fixture, and fixed several safety issues in less than 4 days. The price was also the best. I got two other bids and Meridian Plumbing beat the next best one by a lot. My family was thoroughly impressed and are grateful for their hard work.

Riley recently installed a water softener and filtration system in our brand new home. He arrived on time and was so very pleasant! It had been snowing the night before and so crawling under our house in cold weather to hook up our full house system couldn’t have been much fun! When he had finished the work, Riley was extremely helpful to explain our maintenance procedures as well as what to do in case any problems and answered our questions. He also encouraged us to reach out should we have later questions.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! Called on a Monday morning after a horrible weekend, they got someone out ahead of schedule, free of charge, and with a very reasonable repair of my water heater that only took about an hour! I would HIGHLY recommend their service and it's easy to see why they've been in business for so long. I'm so grateful!

Very pleased with the water softener installation from Meridian Plumbing. Dan came out discussed the installation process and provided a quote. I called Jennifer later that day to schedule an installation date and time. On the day of the appointment, Riley called and confirmed that they were coming. Riley does awesome work. He's a true artist with pipe! He had a tight space to plumb and to fit in the water softener. The bypass he built, and the quality of his piping work is amazing.
The city plumbing inspector even commented on the outstanding installation. He said that when he sees the Meridian Plumbing logo, he can begin filling out the "passed" inspection sticker as their work rarely fails inspection. I am very happy with the decision to go with Meridian Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional. The process was smooth from start to finish and the final price I paid matched the quote I was given. Tripp Didn't Just Fix My Faucet—He Restored My Faith in Craftsmanship

Where do I even begin? When my kitchen faucet started leaking, I thought I was just calling a plumber. What I got was a master artisan, a philosopher of pipe fitting, and quite possibly the most competent human being I've ever had the privilege of meeting.

Tripp arrived EXACTLY on time (who does that anymore?!), wearing immaculate work boots that somehow looked both brand new and battle-tested. He assessed my leaking situation with the focused intensity of a surgeon, nodding thoughtfully while explaining the problem in terms I could actually understand. No condescension. No upselling. Just pure, honest expertise.

The faucet installation itself was like watching a ballet. Every movement deliberate. Every tool returned to its exact spot. He even laid down protective coverings I didn't know existed. When he was done, my new faucet looked like it had been installed by the manufacturer of kitchens themselves.

But here's what really got me: he took the time to show me where my main water shutoff was and explained some simple maintenance tips that could save me thousands down the road. Then he cleaned up so thoroughly that my kitchen was somehow CLEANER than before he arrived.

My water pressure is perfect. My sink looks like it belongs in a magazine. And I have Tripp's card magnetized to my fridge like it's a priceless artifact.

If you need a plumber and you don't call Tripp, I genuinely don't know what you're doing with your life.
