Plumbing Solutions is the best plumbing company we have ever used. They were so nice and accommodating when I called, I knew this would go well. Andrew P. Was our plumber and called then came right on time. He looked at the toilet and stated it really didn’t need a new flap, but I asked for a new one anyway. He was very nice and said of course if it worked better for me.
He was patient and did a fantastic job at such a reasonable cost. I really trusted him and now we are going to use him to put in a winter faucet for outside the
house

Wow! So very happy with Plumbing Solutions. From the initial visit where all the options were thoroughly explained to the full repiping of my house, the team was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. It was a big job and I’m very pleased with all the work. I highly recommend them!

Tom was our service man who came to help with our problem. He was kind and explained everything he was doing. He worked hard on cleaning our drains and kept at it until he was successful. Called them on Saturday, "turd" is in Saturday ha ha that's funny. Anyway my toilet has been rocking for a long time but it was getting worse and time to replace it. We called and they have an AI answer on weekends and after hours, which was funny also because it sounds so real, it took me a questions to realize it wasn't person!
It took all my info and set-up an appointment. The Tech called Monday morning right on time and said he would be over in a little while, later Tom showed up, came in and evaluated the crime scene and recommended a good replacement crapper and we agreed. He went and procured it and was in and out in what seemed like 30 minutes. He showed me what caused the problem, it was a combination of the flange height and the wax ring that was used by the builders which I was OK because I was ready to Up- grade any way. Tom did a great job, very pleased. When you don't have to spend time going thru Lowe's and hoping you get all the stuff you need, just to remove the toilet and find out you need a different size/style of wax ring and what-ever else and back to Lowe's you go and the mess of "DYI" This was AWSOME! The price was worth it!

Jared was very efficient and fixed the leak. He explained the problem and how best to fix it.

I understand the call was after hours (9:30pm); however, I felt the cost was mega expensive for changing out two hoses and two shut off valves underneath the bathroom sink and reattaching the faucet and ensuring no leaks.

Rick was very professional and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and offered options.
He fixed my main issue with the shower drain and drip that has been going on for a long time now all within a couple of hours. Great customer service and skilled technician!

Had a bidet not working correctly. Drew came and did some troubleshooting. Determined it was a non working bidet at purchase. (Had for 7 years and never had worked) . Asked Drew’s opinion regarding a new purchase through Costco. We looking together at Costco website. He gave me excellent pointers on what to look for. Really appreciated his sharing of know and his TIME! Highly recommend this young man for his honesty and integrity.

Tom was excellent and I appreciated his honesty. A tech from another company recommended a new water heater, but Tom showed me how the problem was likely misdiagnosed. He took the time to explain the likely cause of the issue and recommended some free steps I could take to prolong its life (it’s only 8 years old). He could have just given me the bid and sold me a water heater. I was impressed by his honesty and willingness to teach me and show me things about it. I have added Plumbing Solutions of Idaho to my phone’s contact list as a recommended plumber and will call them next time I need services. Thank you!

We are beyond satisfied with all the hard work John was AMAZING! Our water heater was not up to code. It also had it's challenges for removing old water heater. Apparently, previous owners built the door where water heater was installed, AFTER putting in the water heater 🙄
John's expertise in this matter was very much appreciated!

Andrew Perucca recently completed a water heater service at my home, Andrew was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He completed the inspection, drained and flushed my water heater, gave me specific items that he felt needed attention, no sales pressure just information and evidentiary support. (e.g., water staining to indicate past leak) I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

Water leak in the front yard turned into total pipe replacement. Plumbing Solutions (and John) were great to work with. They went out of their way to complete a huge job in a short time and with as little inconvenience as possible. Price was reasonable as well. I would call again without hesitation.
