Had an emergency plumbing issue and they were able to come out within 2 hours of my phone call. The two gentleman that came were very professional and knowledgeable and were able to resolve the issue in about an hour. They also offer a 90 day warranty for the service which is amazing. Great experience.

We had a clog in a septic line at one of our rentals, so I called Roto-Rooter. I asked three times what the minimum charge was and they kept telling me there was none and it was based on the work that was done.

They came and quickly cleared the line but had a minimum charge of $369. They get a one star for the deception. I will never call them again!

The technician was so professional and courteous! He cleaned the inside of our sink cabinet, took time to protect the floor and explained how to remove grease in the plumbing.

Mike arrived within the scheduled time, listened to what issues we had, and went right to work. Solved the issue we had, and did the inspection. Explained what he saw during the inspection. Very professional.

Vance was incredibly helpful when our Pilot light went out. He was super kind and showed me how to relight it if it happened again! Highly recommend!

Vance and Ian were awesome! They came the same day which was great! We were notified when they were on their way and they walked us through everything that needed done. It was a bit of an emergency so we were grateful!!! Everything was fixed perfectly.

We had a toilet that would not flush properly for years. It started getting worst so called plumber who said he didn’t have the equipment to solve the problem and to call Roto Rooter. We did and problem solved in minutes! Everyone we came in contact there was professional from the gal answering the phone to our technician.

Riley was very personable and helpful with our drain issues. We only were willing to pay for an hour and within that time he addressed all our issues without us paying more than we agreed. Solid customer service.

Easy to schedule an appointment the next morning when I called around 5 pm the day before. I had a kitchen drain that was clogged and tried my own auger, but I don't think it was long enough and I couldn't get through the blockage.
Cole came out and took care of it with the mechanical auger. Great devices. I thought of buying one from Harbor Freight to have on hand, but I'd rather let the pro's deal with these issues in case something goes sideways.
My only complaint was the cost. For that one drain it was just over $300. I guess with the government induced inflation over the last 5 years everything is more expensive than it was prior. Again, not a knock on the service or response time. Both were excellent and I won't hesitate to call again for any other issues.

Tony showed up within one hour of us calling, and had our drain cleared and like New within another hour. It was extremely polite and communicated everything well for us to understand what was going on. I’d recommend him with all the confidence in the world

Our 2 year old celebrated her birthday by flushing a toy down the toilet. They came within an hour and a half of our call and fixed the issue super fast. Great job!

The Roto-Rooter team is amazing, Rich and John saved us!! They communicated so well and were completely transparent, explaining everything step by step so that I knew what was going on. They were also extremely compassionate, looking at all avenues to try and save us the most money while trying to fix a sewer pipe during the holiday season. They had to communicate with so many different people to get this job done and I am so grateful for their hard work!!

My garbage disposal stopped working on Friday morning. I called numerous plumbing companies and could not get an appointment until Monday. That day the sink clogged and I was in the midst of preparing a dinner party. I called Roto Rooter in Meridian, where I live. They advised me that a plumber would be at my home in 20 minutes. Cole arrived right on time. He thoroughly assessed the problem. The existing disposal unit was burned out. He gave me a very fair estimate for the purchase and installation of a new unit. I did a quick search one Home Depot & Lowe’s to compare the price and his quote was comparable. I agreed. He left to pick up the unit and was back in about 45 mins . He installed the unit promptly. Cole was very professional, honest and informative. The work was all completed and Instill had an hour before my guests arrived. I highly recommend this company and particularly Cole .

Shows up quickly, was very clear with process and intentions they were wanting to troubleshoot and the price was as quoted. Our plumber tech who came by was polite, professional, and well spoken. Would definitely use again.
