Needed Help bad with mold remediation in shower and leaking sink. I just expected major headaches, but to my surprise, everything was expertly taken care of and super fast! Best of all Insurance covered it!

Roto Rooter was right there same day I called! I had a client that needed a sewer scope for an inspection and they made it happen! Vance was awesome and took the time to explain his findings and get us a quote for a new clean out - I would highly recommend them!

These guys are the very definition of professional. I was nothing but impressed with their friendliness and quick response. Definitely would call them if the need should arise and if you’re looking for a sign to choose a company this is it.

Tony from Roto-Rooter did a great job helping us out. He spent hours diagnosing the issue and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. He was patient, clear, and even answered all the questions my 12- and 10-year-olds threw at him.

Riley was amazing!! Helpful, knowledgeable and so kind in explaining things to me i didn’t understand. Riley was even friendly with my very large 130lbs German Shepherd, he pet him, reassured him he was a good guy and that means a lot to me as they get upset with strangers so it wasn’t a battle with the dogs while he was here. Amazing. I would recommend him to anyone.

Vance arrived on time; he was very professional, hospitable and personable. Explained what he thought the issue could be, along with everything he was going to do to remedy the issue. When completed, he went back over what he saw and what he did to get the toilet back to working condition.

We called Roto-Rooter for an emergency sump pump repair when water started spraying from the main pump in the middle of the night (or early morning). Despite the late hour, they sent a technician right away. Michael arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue within minutes, and fixed it on the spot. He was thorough, running additional tests to ensure everything was working properly before leaving. He also provided helpful feedback and recommendations for the pumps. Given the urgent circumstances, we were very impressed with the service from Michael and therefore are planning to use Roto-Rooter again in the future.

Great service from Ponciano, Austin, Noah, and Jacob. We had a leak coming through our ceiling and needed an emergency team to come out at 11 PM. They responded quickly and got things stabilized.

The next day, the team returned and did a great job walking us through everything. They were professional, calm, and respectful of our home—always wearing booties inside and clearly explaining the situation and all of our options. They worked quickly and diligently, which we really appreciated.

The remediation team was at our house for the next 10 days making sure everything was thoroughly dried out. Throughout the entire process, they were punctual, communicative, and extremely respectful of our home and family. It made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Very responsive from my initial phone call to finishing the job. I called on a Sunday afternoon and someone picked up immediately. They were willing to come out right away but i next day was more convenient for me. I had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink that was also backing up my washing machine. I did the usual stuff but the solution went beyond my comfort zone. My technician was polite, efficient, and most importantly to me, answered questions that help me understand a few loosely related issues. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. This is the best plumbing company in the valley! Our company had a very difficult time keeping the flames lit in our gas lanterns. Luke troubleshooted them and came up with a solution.
