Highly recommend! This is the second time we’ve used Precision. Andy and his crew did a phenomenal job once again! They were able to work within our budget to remove a couple old elm trees that had been losing limbs in some recent wind storms, not to mention since they made a little bit of a mess at no fault of their own once the ground started to thaw they even pulled a couple dead Lilac bushes for me too at no additional charge. Top notch professionals and they are the kind of business that keeps us choosing to spend our money local! Enjoyed watching them work and will be calling them again to come and grind out our stumps this spring!

On work day, Andy and his crew arrived on time and ensured we were kept informed on the progress of work. Andy personally walked through the final project with me to ensure all my needs were fulfilled. It is a true pleasure to have customer focused professionals providing needed services. Hired this company for some work as part of my community's HOA around a canal area. We needed mulching and removal done. Terrible service both years with nothing but excuses around why the service was poor. The work was done and is sufficient, however the quote that the company gave me was lower than it should have been and yet they complained about the work. Likewise, the work was scheduled on 4 separate occasions to get done (all of which required someone to take time off work to wait for the company to show up). It was rescheduled so much because they simply never showed up to the work and then, after waiting nearly an hour the first 3 times, calling and being told they can't make it out. If you can't come, TELL ME AS SOON AS YOU KNOW... It is kind of basic customer service. Then, as this was for an HOA, we required a full invoice of the work for our records before we could pay. It took nearly 1 month to get the invoice and they had the audacity to say they would have to put a late fee on my bill if we didn't pay it immediately. The owner gave myself and another member of the board the same "sob story" two years in a row that the company is $80k in debt because people won't pay him. But, he also had the gall to claim he was the "only company in the pacific northwest that had the machine we needed to get the work done" so if we didn't like his prices then that was too bad because we had nowhere else to turn. My husband works in construction/engineering, he knows of at least two other companies in the Treasure Valley that have the equipment. The work was adequate and completed (though nearly 1.5 months later than scheduled) but I can rest assured that we won't be using them for future work. Horrible customer service throughout the entire experience. Would never recommend to anyone.

Andy and his crew were amazing ... I had a meltdown when I found out our beautiful trees had wilt and needed to be removed. His first concern was for the safety of us, our home and neighbors. He was patient, kind, understanding and helped us make the right choice and provided us with above and beyond service. He gave us a new clean slate to start a gorgeous new front yard. Can't wait to see the final renovation. He has earned all of our business going forward with all of our tree service needs and other services.

The Precision Tree team is great! I had several trees with broken limbs and large hanging branches from disease and winter storm damage that needed serious trimming and maintenance along with the complete removal of 2 mature Elm trees. I am amazed at the job they did and how much better the trees and property look after the work and the clean up! Great guy and does his work very fast which is a money saver. I really appreciate this company for their services. My tree was dangerous for my children to play around or under and a branch fell and nearly took my truck out. I first tried calling hawks tree services which I highly do not recommend their company is a shamefully dishonest and paid google to take my review of them off which is the only reason they have a 5 star rating. But when I called precision they came out in 1 hour's time and had the job done in 45 minutes which greatly blessed my family freeing up our time to spend the day together on our weekend. Thank you so much for your business. Would definitely recommend you to alp my friends and family.

Oh My Gosh. Andrew and his crew were Amazing. The problem was that my neighbor's cherry trees were way over my driveway and I was afraid of branches dropping on my cars or carport. My neigbor and I spoke with Andrew around 10-11 this moning. The job is done and cleaned up. Very resonable price. I was looking on paying way morethan we had to. Very professional. Will for sure only use them, and only them for tree service in the future. Thank you, Andrew and crew. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas!!!!

Hawks tree service was absolutely amazing. They arrived quickly assessed and came up with a game plan. They were quick and kept me in the know with when to expect them, gave my yard time to dry out, really took a scary situation and made it pain free.
