Highly recommend! This is the second time we’ve used Precision. Andy and his crew did a phenomenal job once again! They were able to work within our budget to remove a couple old elm trees that had been losing limbs in some recent wind storms, not to mention since they made a little bit of a mess at no fault of their own once the ground started to thaw they even pulled a couple dead Lilac bushes for me too at no additional charge. Top notch professionals and they are the kind of business that keeps us choosing to spend our money local! Enjoyed watching them work and will be calling them again to come and grind out our stumps this spring!

Andy provided a
straightforward assessment of our concerns. He incorporated our requests and provided his rationale for each recommended service. We received a quote at the end of the assessment. On work day, Andy and his crew arrived on time and ensured we were kept informed on the progress of work. Andy personally walked through the final project with me to ensure all my needs were fulfilled. It is a true pleasure to have customer focused professionals providing needed services. Will gladly use them again!

Hired this company for some work as part of my community's HOA around a canal area. We needed mulching and removal done. Terrible service both years with nothing but excuses around why the service was poor. The work was done and is sufficient, however the quote that the company gave me was lower than it should have been and yet they complained about the work. Likewise, the work was scheduled on 4 separate occasions to get done (all of which required someone to take time off work to wait for the company to show up). It was rescheduled so much because they simply never showed up to the work and then, after waiting nearly an hour the first 3 times, calling and being told they can't make it out. If you can't come, TELL ME AS SOON AS YOU KNOW... It is kind of basic customer service.

Then, as this was for an HOA, we required a full invoice of the work for our records before we could pay. It took nearly 1 month to get the invoice and they had the audacity to say they would have to put a late fee on my bill if we didn't pay it immediately. The owner gave myself and another member of the board the same "sob story" two years in a row that the company is $80k in debt because people won't pay him. But, he also had the gall to claim he was the "only company in the pacific northwest that had the machine we needed to get the work done" so if we didn't like his prices then that was too bad because we had nowhere else to turn. My husband works in construction/engineering, he knows of at least two other companies in the Treasure Valley that have the equipment.

The work was adequate and completed (though nearly 1.5 months later than scheduled) but I can rest assured that we won't be using them for future work. Horrible customer service throughout the entire experience. Would never recommend to anyone.
