I went in to get 40 inches of wire and walked out with 40 feet. I didn't pay attention cuz i was in a hurry and the wire was thick. They were so kind to return the wire!!! It was a huge miscommunication and i am so grateful that they were nice enough to refund my money. They are the best! All the men there are helpful and nice!!!! I won't buy electrical stuff from home depot any more! Thanks so much!!!

These guys are thorough and professional. Jacob, Todd, Candy, everyone are doing wonderful work. I needed a specific type of installation and I had a difficult time finding the bulbs I needed. They installed temporary bulbs for me that I could use for a month and then they returned with the correct ones once they arrived. Excellent service. Would hire them again.

I have spent 40 years in the construction business. Primary Electric was excellent to work with. From the owner who gave us an estimate, to the office who communicated questions and set up the schedule, to the guys who showed up and did the work. Communicated very well regarding what we were doing and future scheduling. Definitely wanted to do things right.
