Trina's cleaning crew did a great job cleaning my home. Trina ensured that her people knew what was expected of them; she also followed up by inspecting the work before they left. I would recommend Trina's Cleaning Service.

We hired Trina's service to clean the bathrooms and kitchen in our new house, because I am disabled and the level of cleaning needed was extreme. While they were on time, the "deep cleaning" we were charged for did not happen. The kitchen counters were sticky and cabinets not cleaned at all. I would share a photo here if I could. We hired another company to do a move out clean- they did great, so it can be done. We paid $320 for we don't know what, that we definitely could have used for something else given that I still had to do that cleaning. Sadly unreliable.

I have used Trina's cleaning service twice a month for more than a year and the cleaners do a good job. I only had once in all of that where a cleaning was not satisfactory and they sent someone out to fix it within a day. There are new owners though that jacked up the price so I discontinued my service. They inflated the amount of time that the cleaners spent at my house but even at their time increment they want 35$ an hour for cleaning, that is excessive.

The initial clean was amazing, the girls always friendly and started off doing a great job. I thought we got luck with this company. Then after a few cleans the price went up because "it took the girls too long." It was taking the girls (2 to 5 of them) almost 5 or more hours each time. (We have dust an pets, but not a dirty home) Trina herself came and looked over the house and gave us the bid. Now, because she sent new girls every time, that didn't know the home and took longer, she wanted to raise the price over $50 a week! We switched to 2 times per month instead... When we started having problems and calling, Trina was rude and snotty. I asked we get one girl that was familiar with the house each time, that only happened on occasion. Then things started getting missed, they were in a hurry and leaving things behind and cleaner in the toilets, not cleaned. I called again and complained, she had someone come out after our clean to "make sure it was complete" inspect it, but we weren't home... Only to find yet again, the dusting wasn't done, areas of the laminate floors were missed, or just horribly streaked. Then come to find out this has happened to another friend of mine with the same issues with her! I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone! I am so glad I don't have to deal with her and her rude attitude anymore.

I've been using Trina's Cleaning service for almost 2 years now. I couldn't be happier! They are prompt, friendly and do a fantastic job! They pay great attention to detail. Anyone looking for a cleaning service should not look any further. I will continue to use them for sure!

Trina's staff came out and did their initial deep clean. I feel like I am a very tidy and clean person but have lacked the time to really use some elbow grease to do the major deep cleaning tasks that my home needs. Trina's team absolutely nailed it! During a recent visit to my moms I discovered she was having trouble keeping up with her house work. She is 85 years old and with health problems this is understandable. I called a couple of local companies to have them come out for estimates. Trina responded right away. Arrived in person to do a thorough estimate of a deep clean and then routine cleanings there-after. The other companies were also nice and professional, but we liked Trina the best. She is retired Air Force, my mother had also served in the Air Force so it was a good fit. Since I was only going to be in town for a week, they squeezed us in so that I would be able to observe the cleaning. The crew arrived right on time, brought in all cleaning supplies and equipment, proceeded with the job. I was very impressed with their methods. They scrubbed all floors on hands and knees, the bathroom fixtures looked brand new, a million nick-nacks, pictures and furniture all dusted, blinds cleaned… Cabinet fronts, baseboards and all wood work scrubbed. Appliances all wiped down. Silk flower arrangements cleaned. I could go on. It was a stressful time for my mom, and they all treated her with kindness respect and understanding. They struck up friendly conversations with her while they worked. The supervisor of the job did a walk-through with me to make sure all was completed to satisfaction. I cannot recommend Trina's cleaning enough. Thank you so much!

I had Trina's do a deep clean on a house we recently moved in to. I was very impressed when I came home. They cleaned every nook and cranny in my house. They paid great attention to detail. I have also had two routine cleanings so far and they have done a great job.

I had Trina's Cleaning Services in last year for a deep cleaning after some heavy yard re-landscaping. They did an excellent job getting all the dirt and dust from the home. Trina and her outstanding crew literally transformed my home to almost new! I'm a single parent with a teen and animals who are hard on a house. They did wall to floor including places I could never reach. The photographers were out the next day for the listing photos and video and the house was simply shining! I've used Trina's Cleaning Service for over a year now. They have been absolutely fantastic. Their cleaning is top notch, the house always smells so great after they have been there. They go above and beyond doing little extras that really made me feel appreciated as a customer.
