I want to highly recommend Valerie with Contents Cleaning Company. We had a house fire and everything had to be removed and cleaned! Valerie was excellent and was extremely honest with all of our contents. She labeled everything and treated it as her own!

After my house fire, CTR referred me to Contents Cleaning Company to handle my personal belongings, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the team I worked with.

Eric, the manager, was knowledgeable, professional, and completely transparent from start to finish. He took time to explain the process clearly and made me feel confident that my belongings were being handled with care.

Amanda, who seemed to be the overall coordinator, was absolutely awesome. She was prompt, thorough, and incredibly understanding — even when scheduling access to the property became tricky on my end. She handled every interaction with patience and kindness, and always made sure I understood what was happening next.

Amanda truly went above and beyond, especially when it came to making sure my family could get our winter clothing back quickly. Even after I had moments of frustration — largely because of a past bad experience with a different company (which I mistakenly thought was related) — Amanda never once lost her professionalism or compassion. She continued to respond with kindness, reassurance, and action.

When I later visited the company in person and met with Eric again, he was just as kind and transparent as before. Together, they’ve helped turn a really stressful process into one I could actually feel good about.

If you ever experience a fire, call this content cleaning company first. You’ll want Amanda on your job — she’s the kind of person who makes a tough situation so much easier to get through.
