Business Cleaning Solutions has been cleaning our office at Design West Architects for many years now. I appreciate that the Owner and our account manager reach out periodically to make sure that we are happy and to see if we need any other services (i.e. carpet cleaning, tile scrubbing, and exterior building window cleanings). We appreciate the weekly consistency and dedication to keeping our office clean. Billing and invoicing is straight forward and easy to handle. If for some reason there has ever been an issue they are so quick to respond and resolve the matter.

We've been using them for cleaning at my employer for a few years now and they've always done a good job. If something is missed or overlooked then they are easy to get in contact with and the problem is fixed immediately. Communication is great and if we are out of supplies they need then they let us know right away. They even do floor refinishing and carpet cleaning. We're always happy with that service when we use it.
