Clean Step is a great family owned business. They did a fine job cleaning our church. They were quick to respond, quick to get us on the schedule, and had excellent communication with us throughout the process. We would recommend them to any business looking for professional carpet cleaning.

Absolutely fantastic, professional service. Jake and Fern were incredibly thorough with an unmatched attention to detail thats missing from the national franchises. With two dogs and a full house of family they brightened up 10 year old carpets as if they were brand new. You can't go wrong choosing these folks, the price is more than reasonable and the service and results are why I will keep coming back to these good folks.

Update, had them back again and nothing has slipped, just as awesome as always for a very, very fair price!

This is a company that I will always use! They are so caring even for the smallest jobs. We have toddlers with messy carpets and dining chairs that look like new.

In addition, we have a cleaning company and I always refer clients to them and always hear raving reviews from them as well.

Big commercial jobs, to small living room rugs, they are definitely the right people for any job!

Horrible experience, we moved in a new house had them deep clean for 700 dollars and they missed everything come to find out they thought it was just a clean, so they came back and ask were to clean even tho it said on our contract were to clean and what to do and they still missed stuff, stay away wish I had my money back!

Baseboards, blinds, windows not cleaned. When my husband talked to them about the areas, the cleaners told him they don’t do those sees.
As per the discussion I had the day before, those were the areas we discussed would be cleaned.
Some areas were dusted, other areas were dusted without moving any items. So more there are dust pockets. I’d like to see a check list.

Such a wonderful group of ladies over at extra clean cleaning if you need a quick and efficient deep clean or even light touch up I would definitely recommend setting an appointment up with them!
