Recently we had Extra Clean Cleaning come to clean our house. They didn't do half of what we agreed to. The owner was polite and we discussed the issues. She made an adjustment to our invoice. However, after we got to a point where we were maintaining our kitchen a few days later, we pulled off our stove handles to see that the cleaners had scratched up our entire stainless-steel front of our gas stove with some sort of abrasive tool.

I was going to improve my review based on the conversation with the owner, but after leaving a message and not getting a call back, I have to post the picture of our stove and leave a 1 star review.

I cannot in good conscious recommend this company to anyone.

I paid $200 for 4 hours of deep cleaning and even provided a $60. Not only were they not on time. They were not here for the full time I paid for nor did they winded any of my interior windows!! That’s just basic!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
