Jetstream Plumbing was called for an emergency service call at one of our High Schools on a Friday before the weekend and before a big Friday Night football game. They were quick to respond and with no hesitation were very prompt and arrived on site in a timely manner despite a busy schedule.

I called about my leaking water heater and they came the same day. By the next day, new water heater was installed. It looks perfect and no leaking. They did a great job! Courteous professional, and couldn’t ask for better people. Thank you again. 👍🏻

Absolutely amazing people. They came out due to my broken water heater. They were so helpful. They couldn’t get a replacement same day so even came back out in the evening to reroute my water so I at least had water for my daughter and I. They came out promptly the next morning and took care with my floor, belongings, child and cat. They worked quickly and were so friendly. They also educated me on what is installed in my home and how to shut off my water if needed. Incredibly real and personable. Just a great energy. It’s usually hard to have people working in your living room but they were absolutely wonderful to be around.

Top notch professionals. Their price was competitive, the installers were very polite and knowledgeable, and the end product was perfect. Would recommend these guys to anyone. I got an RO and a water softener installed and they did a great job. Solid communication throughout the job, asked questions about things I might care about, and explained usage clearly.

We were having some hot water issues due to our water heater being in an insulated garage, the owner Justin told my husband about the tankless water heaters that JetStream installs and explained all the benefits in detail. We decided to go for it and they had it installed in less than a week! Neither my Husband or I had ever experienced a tankless water heater and we never could have imagined how much better life would be with one! The water heats up in just seconds and never runs out!! To top it off our gas bill after the tankless water heater was installed was less than half of the previous month!! We are so happy and honestly just so impressed with the quality and service that JetStream provided! They even made sure to follow up and make sure we weren’t having any issues and that the system was working as expected. We now have better water, better hot water, and even better plumbing! If you’re looking for a plumber you can’t and won’t beat JetStream, they are truly better and faster!

I’ve had the pleasure of calling on Jetstream Plumbing to do the work at my property and Boise’s Highlands on two occasions this year. I have to say that their professionalism is over the top, and their experience is obvious in the pride that they take in their workmanship. Their cruise show up on time, with big smiles, and tools in hand Leaving me with the feeling of complete confidence and the job being done per the quote and on time. Not only is there attention to detail immeasurable, the communication that the company has with the customer is over the top with Constant updates as to the progress of the job. The crew endured several days of over hundred degree weather outside and Under the house to ensure getting the job done Meticulously. I Will recommend them to my friends, clients and fellow realtors.

Rueben was professional, fast, and kind. I was having a very bad day (as many are when plumbers are called) and was so relieved that things were taken care of so efficiently. He even quietly fixed something that I didn’t know was broken!!

I have actually used JetStream Plumbing a ton of times so this review is long overdue. To not bury the lead, their quality of work it outstanding, their customer service is also, and their prices are extremely competitive. They really do check all boxes!

The first time ever doing business with them was on a real estate transaction. One of my buyers had just moved in and we had negotiated for a new water heater to be installed. Needless to say that was very well. I was so happy with my experience, when it came time to have work done at my own home, I gave them a call back. Since then I've had them out to replace toilets, install a water softener, and reconfigure the plumbing under our sink from 2 drains to one when we had our new sink installed. I've also used them serval time over the past 3 or 4 years to help my clients on either side of transaction to help with various things that come up on inspection contingency negotiations.

In conclusion, I have met several varies plumbers and techs and they have all been fantastic. Whatever they are doing on the HR side with hiring and then training should serve as an example to all businesses. I can't recommend them more highly!

First flush after snaking my toilet I find out the problem has not been fixed. Also was not thrilled that the employee was going to take a credit card that was retrieved with him instead of returning it to us ? And then took a Pic of it ?
