Excellent customer service. The 2 techs who came to work on my shower were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even fixed my sink for free since it was a minor issue.

Steve and Zach came by to install a water softening system on our house. Very respectful, great guys. In and out quickly, cleaned up after themselves, couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thanks!

William is doing a great job. I have a complex job for trying to upgrade my basement laundry room to accommodate a multi-generational house. William is working with me to find the most efficient way to do it and still be code compliant. Thank you

Jetstream is always able to provide same day services. Employees are knowledgeable and courteous. I use them not only at home but at work as well.

I cannot say enough about the quality of work, the timing, the care that Justin and his crew gives. He is trustworthy and honest, he is in it for the long haul! I have been using him for years and he never stops,Amazing me at how much he goes out of his way to help you as soon as possible.. today I called when were were out of town within an hour he Had someone out at our house and fixing the problem. Jetstream Plumbing is well worth calling to do a great job and give peace of mind that the job is done right and They stand behind their work 100%!! A man came out to give me a bid on the job. He was very helpful in answering my questions and teaching me what needed to be done and why. The work hasn’t been done yet.

Justin and the team were awesome and there for me in a pinch. Due to being in Cascade it’s hard to find a quality plumber who can provide service in a timely fashion and Jetstream was quick, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

2nd time I’ve had to have Jetstream out for plumbing and their service, communication, and attention to detail continues to impress. Justin is honest and straightforward when dealing with customers like myself. Keep up the great work!!

Reuben was great with Jetstream plumbing. He was able to come out an hour after we called about our issue and did a very good job!

Had a toilet shut off valve that I replaced and it had a small leak after the fact. Tried a few things but called Jetstream and they were able to re-route a plumber and they had them at my house less than one hour after I called. Plumber replaced the valve and no leaks, very efficient and professional. Decided to use this same company for another job this next week, will come back here and update this review with his that project goes! Thanks!

11/19- Had another shut off valve replaced and two toilets installed. Very pleased with Jetstream Plumbing and the plumber Reuben was excellent! Clean, quiet, professional, and efficient! Work looks great to me and just know if I don't come back and give another update, that the toilets/valve didn't leak after using for a while! Will definitely use you guys again in the future. Prices seem competitive from the little I know and worth every penny for piece of mind and the time/agony I saved from attempting more work myself. Really appreciate it, thanks Reuben and Jetstream!

Our House on Lacerta Court Experienced a Sewer Blockage at All Three of the Toilets in our Home on Sunday Evening at About 7:30pm. We called Jet Stream Plumbing at 8:00pm Sunday Evening Ruben Arrived at 9:00pm Sunday Evening, the Blockage was Further Out Than Ruben Equipment Would Reach, so Ruben Left about 10:00pm, before he left he set up an appointment for Monday Morning at 10:30am, with a larger piece of Equipment.
Ruben, and Justin Arrived at 10:30am Monday Morning with the larger piece of Equipment, by 11:00am they had cleared the blockage 130 Feet from the Clean Out at the front of the House.
Both Ruben, and Justin were decanted, clean, and Polite. They also left their work area clean picking up anything that was part of their effort to remove the blockage.
I Highly Recommend Jet Stream Plumbing!

Wow, Justine and his team are amazing. They went above and beyond as they came to my house three days in a row for hours with different equipment and we’re not giving up on my old plugged Main line until they got it fixed, which they did, They found numerous issues, but their persistence paid off.

Jetstream Plumbing-Justin and Jenn are phenomenal!!! Professional and rapid response to our calls and texts. Our Rheem/Ruud water heater completely failed with a faulty burner assembly and gas valve. It was less than 5 years old! Manufacturer said it could take 3 weeks to get the parts!! (Without hot water???)
Justin had previous experience dealing with this issue and quickly and efficiently assisted us in diagnosing and navigating their system to obtain a new water heater/the next day! Amazing customer service and careful and competent knowledge! Highly, highly recommend!! Can’t thank you enough that we have hot water again!

Had to replace the PVC mainline to the house - a big project that A+ accomplished very quickly - less than a day of onsight work. Also, great at communicating before the appointment and the process.

We have Home Serve and they sent A+ out after a not so desirable experience with another plumbing outfit before them (that I will refrain from naming), but A+ sent out a gentleman (I am forgetful but I believe his name was Ed) who was very professional and very knowledgeable & was able to identify and fix the issue we were having within 2 visits and we didn't have to wait forever, whereas we just kept getting the smoke & mirrors treatment from the previous plumbing company and were left waiting and wondering what was going on...and their initial assessment was actually false! We really appreciate Home Serve and they are worthwhile having, it is not their fault that the prior company wasn't very good, but we are grateful to them for sending out A+ afterwards because their guy did a fantastic job and was awesome! We will definitely request them in the future when we need plumbing assistance! I was definitely recommend them given my experience with them! A+ 💯% report card! 👌🏻
