Did a $5800 rewire for small shop and barn due to the power shorting out expensive electronics. Bill came in said they could fix the problem after completing the work problem wasn't fixed. They called idaho power to see if it was an up line problem. Basically reduced the price about a 1000 without fixing the issue. They also installed exterior high power shop lights that flicker cause the neighbors 300 yards up the road to complain. Had to turn them off. Other exterior lights not replaced or just removed. We have called multiple times over the past year, Bill is always out of town on more important jobs than local hometown people he lives around. I hate to post a review like this but now it's time to call in another electric company.

I am so pleased with the service I am receiving from Benchmark Electric here in Fruitland. Benchmark installed the heating and air conditioning system in my new home a little over a year ago. Their HVAC experts are thorough, professional, courteous and what's most important to me, they are honest. A true breath of fresh air working today with John Bourque, Anthony Ogden and Harvey! John sent Anthony and Harvey over within a 1/2 hour and my issues were resolved completely and efficiently. I highly recommend Benchmark Electric for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Never get a response from their office manager. I have been told I’ll receive a call back and never get one. I wouldn’t recommend this business. I know other people who have had issues as well. Just seems like a shady business who doesn’t actually care about the ‘small’ jobs.
