Absolutely terrible job. My house was supposed to receive a deep clean and it was barely touched. So disappointed. I reached out to the owner and she did offer to come back and redo it, but in my opinion it should have been done right the first time. I can attach the checklist and 3/4 of the list was NOT done. I can understand if a couple things got missed and that is no big deal, my master shower still had shampoo and hair on the floor, all they did was move my products around so that it looked organized, none of the light fixtures were wiped down, the minimal furniture I have was not even dusted, the floor still had coffee beans on it from that morning so was it even touched? There is so much more not done and I was charged $400 for that. Spend your money elsewhere. Also adding the same thing happened with a review from Mike 6 months ago and the owner responded that she would fix the problem internally, clearly that has not been done. So definitely spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

They did an incredible job on a deep clean in my home! Finger prints and dirty spots were cleaned. They even cleaned some things I hadn't anticipated or expected. My son actually asked if they replaced his sink because it was so shiny!! Will definitely have them back to clean again!

I think I these ladies are amazing! They come with great attitudes and always greet my kids and animals right when they come! I feel safe knowing my things will not be messed with! My cleaning team consists of Gracey, Andrea and Aryana, they all have their checklist and go in separate places in the home to clean and meet in the middle! I have a good size home too and they do a beautiful job!! I haven't kept a house cleaner around long past their first visit and they are staying!! Finally I felt comfortable with who was cleaning in my home and they rarely miss a thing! And if something isn't to my standards I feel comfortable telling them and they fix it!!

Shine Bright Cleaning has been cleaning my house fir almost 3 months. And I am so happy with the service. It's such a wonderful feeling to come home to a clean house. They do a wonderful job: wood floors, carpets, cabinets, they're all dust free. I heartily recommend their service.

Shine Bright is *hands down* the best cleaning company Ive ever used. I previously had the same cleaning team for TEN YEARS and was devastated when we moved across the country and had to leave them. I tried several cleaning companies in the valley and wasnt satisfied with any of them until Shine Bright.

Elise comes to us every Friday and is so attentive and extremely detail oriented. She goes above and beyond the company’s already high standards, and really cleans everything exactly to my liking.

I am extremely particular of how I prefer things: mop water changed with every room, shower scrubbed all the way up the walls, etc, and Elise never misses a single detail.

The customer service team has always been fantastic too, and they are so eager to make sure you are more than satisfied with your experience.

If youre on the fence- do it!! Shine Bright has made my life so much easier, and the joy I get from a clean house every Friday is priceless.

Read the other one star reviews. I had The exact same experience. Almost $400 for two bathrooms to be wiped down. They completely missed my kitchen, dining room, and two living areas. Owners fix was to refund $50. The MOST expensive bathroom wipe down I’ve ever received. 100% do not recommend. There are a million great independent cleaners that do great. I should've Known that this place getting me in so soon was a red flag. I’ll be booking out my normal girl in the future.

The cleaning staff who have been here are friendly and trustworthy. I'm comfortable leaving my home while they are cleaning. We have had a few sub-par cleanings, but someone from Shine Bright reaches out to me via text after every clean to see how things went. They always respond graciously and desire to make things right.
