I’m writing this review to help others in case they use this company. Beware…. I searched google and this place had 5 stars, so I called and scheduled an appointment. My service was a complete house detail. Top to bottom as explained by Else(pronounced El see). I went to work came home to a poor effort of cleaning. Windows weren’t done, blinds weren’t done, shower ledges weren’t done, cabinets or ceiling fans weren’t done, light fixtures weren’t even wiped off as requested. I called Else after my inspection and she said she would send the girl back to my house the next day. She came and literally redone whatever she done the first day. Everything that didn’t get done the first time, didn’t get done a second time. I was so infuriated!!!!She told me she was giving me a discount but I still paid 400.00 for the service. I will not work with them anymore. Even after she offered me a free cleaning…… if they are not cleaning in two tries, why let them back in my home? Bitter is an understatement!!!!! I’m also adding that this place has a google guarantee but, when I sent the photos and videos to google, they replied “ after our investigation “ which basically was telling me we are not refunding your money. I will never recommend this company and don’t believe or trust the google guarantee. I was given a discount but , still paid $400.00 dollars. I’m still looking to have my spring cleaning done. But I can’t use this company.

As a busy mom with 4 kiddos in the house Shine Bright Cleaning has literally changed the way I use my “free” time! They do an amazing job and listen until it’s done just the way you want! (And I’m about as picky as they come). Highly recommend. Thank you for giving me some of my free time (and sanity) back!!!! 😊 💫

Shine Bright definitely cares about their customers. If something isn't done to your standard, they make it right immediately. That is something I value! My cleaner has been so fast and efficient. Each time she is here, I can’t believe how quickly she gets it done and how well everything is cleaned! She doesn’t skimp on covering everything that is needed to be done. Totally a trustworthy company!

My boss recently found out that his wife has cancer, and they’ve been going through an incredibly difficult time — biopsy after biopsy without clear answers. A few of us who report to him wanted to do something meaningful to support them, so we pooled together and gifted them a three-hour house cleaning.

Mikiah, who helped coordinate everything, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She reached out to him directly via text to let him know about the gift, and the message she crafted was so thoughtful and heartfelt. She truly went above and beyond in how she delivered it.

The care she showed — not just in providing a service, but in how she communicated and handled such a sensitive situation — meant so much. Where great customer service is usually at the top of my list, this exceeded it. It was compassion in action and even caused him to get emotional.

We have Shine Bright come every three weeks and I don’t know how I lived without them. They clean my whole house in 4 hours. If I did it myself, it would take me all three weeks, cost me three times as much money, and I’d somehow end up with one spotless closet, a dozen unfinished projects, and a freshly painted bathroom. Shine Bright keeps my house clean and so I can focused on the things I actually need to do. Worth every penny. Thank you!

I’ve been a Shine Bright client for a few years now, and they consistently do an incredible job every time they do my monthly home cleaning. They are thorough, meticulous, and take their time. It’s always my favorite day when I come home after a clean! They are also so communicative and have been gracious with me when I need last minute cleanings, always fitting me into their schedule.

We recently had Jade and Sallie from Shine Bright Cleaning come to our home for a deep cleaning, and we truly could not be more impressed. We got our house deep cleaned, and it was amazing! We have a 1 year old and so house cleaning has taken a bit of a back seat in recent months. It felt so nice to have them come in and just do an in depth cleanse of our house. Our cleaners were amazing and even cleaned the highchair - which I was not expecting! I have nothing but good things to say about our experience and will be getting my house cleaned by them on a regular basis!

I am very particular about the way my home is cleaned. I collect antiques (clocks, furniture, etc.)
Mandy from Shine Bright Cleaning and I walked through our home prior to cleaning and we talked about what my requests were and, I must say, she did an over the top job.
I’ve had someone cleaning my home for years and I have never been this impressed!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Experience with Chasidy & Gracie!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Chasidy and Gracie clean my apartment today, and they did a truly beautiful job. From the moment they arrived, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly professional.

They paid attention to every detail, the kind of thoughtful touches that make a space feel fresh, welcoming, and genuinely cared for. Every room looked amazing when they were finished, and I could immediately feel the difference. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and brought such positive energy into my home.

Chasidy and Gracie clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. I am so grateful for the care they put into my space, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning team that is thorough, kind, and an absolute delight to work with.

I love love love Shine Bright Cleaning. I have used them a few times for deep cleans and a move out clean and every time I am so incredibly impressed. I had Mariah for my clean today and she was amazing! We were unexpectedly home and tried our best to stay out of her way but she was so sweet and incredibly accommodating. All while giving our house an amazing and much needed deep clean. We will definitely be booking another deep clean in a few months.

I won a free cleaning from shine bright maids and let me tell you, they did the most amazing job! I won it during Christmas week and they scheduled me New Year’s Eve.

Let me tell you, it was such a relief after Christmas to take it all down and know they were coming in to give my house deep clean without me having to lift a finger. It was exactly what I needed to end 2025 and start 2026 on the right foot and I couldn’t be more thankful for them and their amazing team.

My house smells, looks and feels absoutley amazing. There wasn’t a detail missed, every surface and little corner was cleaned beautifully. I will definitely call them again when I need help tackling the house again!

I seriously can’t recommend them enough, they even left a detailed check list on what they did which was so great to know where and what they did while they were here!

They fixed our disaster of a yard. Really thought it was beyond saving. They worked very hard and transformed our space

I was very impressed with Syringa Landscape. They provide excellent service and their staff is very friendly. Ken goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

One of your vehicles recklessly drives through the roundabout at Star Road. Their rush to get somewhere almost lead to a collision. Hope to see safer driving practices from your company in the future.
