Reviews of local pros in Star, Idaho

They did an amazing job! So diligent about cleaning all the return vents, cleaned the furnace and having it sanitized made it smell so fresh!! I'd use them again and will refer friends!!

Michael did a great job removing the gunk from my ducts. I was amazed at how mich was in there. The house smells fresher and my a/c doesn’t set to make me sneeze anymore. Highly recommend

"Worth the wait!" They were very professional, resonable and no add-ons!!! Plus, they offer a discount for future years vent cleaning after the 1st visit! Thanks for doing a great job!

Tristan, from Dirty Ducts, did our vents yesterday. Excellent job once again by this company. Very professional, and carefully. We had no cleanup by us needed. Highly recommend

Had Dirty Ducts Boise come clean all the ducts and dryer vent and was astonished how much construction debris and fine particles they were able to remove! The dryer vent was packed with lint. Saw before and after photos and it was enough to convince me that the cleaning was a necessity not just a luxury. They quoted me a price over the phone for the full service and there was no bait and switch up sale. The guys were professional, clean and neat. I know I’m not breathing in all the dirty air when I have my home’s HVAC on and the house smells better too! I highly recommend them.

This was our first time getting our air ducts cleaned. I appreciated how helpful they were in letting me know what it all entailed and the price. They communicated very well and gave me a time frame of when they would be out to do the job. Daniel was very courteous and worked hard to get the ducts cleaned in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend Dirty Ducts Boise.

Michael was great! Very responsive and engaged from the first time I reached out to him. He got me on the schedule fast and did an amazing thorough job, gave me updates with photos and videos. The whole process was extremely smooth and I’ve already begun to recommend him to others. Highly recommend.

Michael has been fantastic to work with. Great communication on available times and check-in leading up to his arrival time. He is also up-front on pricing, which is *very* reasonable! He was extremely through with all of our vents, returns, and dryer. It may seem silly to say, but we felt the difference right away. If you want a great job done from a hardworking, honest and outgoing company, your search stops here. Thank you Michael!!

Mike came out and cleaned my ducts for me, and I am beyond impressed. I don't think my home had ever had the ducts serviced. I could not believe the amount of dust and particles that I saw coming up out of the vents. He was only supposed to take 1.5 hours for my 1600 sq foot home, but we talked a lot, and he took his time doing the best clean he could do, so it took him 2 hours. This man is not just about his pocket book, and he takes great pride in doing a good job, honorably, and with integrity. I trusted him in my home (although I have a ferocious guard dog that was itching to Meet him from the backyard). If you want a thorough, excellent air duct cleaning by a trustworthy, honest man- this is your guy!

Thank you Mike!

I called Michael after reading several positive reviews on Nextdoor and Google. He was available same day, was very professional and did a great job. We will continue to use him annually for our future vent cleanings. We definitely recommend him.

Dirty Ducks is exceptional! Michael was on time, clean, and we also had our dryer vent cleaned, which is an unseen fire and health hazard, as well as all our vents. We would see dust daily in our bedroom that was coming out of the vents. I was wiping furniture down all of the time. After Michael cleaned the vents, we don't have that anymore! He did an excellent job! Thorough, professional and through and through the only company we will ever use again! I recommend them highly and wouldn't call anyone else. If you have allergies, excessive dust, pets in the house, getting your ducts and vents cleaned is A MUST! You will be glad you called them!

I high recommend Dirty Ducts for any vent cleaning you might have. Michael was very helpful in explaining the process of vent cleaning. Very reasonable prices for what you get. If you have never cleaned your ducts, you are in for a big surprise.

Michael from Dirty Ducts did a great job cleaning our ducts. He is dependable, super nice and reasonable. We will continue to use his service.

I can't say enough good things about Dirty Ducts. I called to have my dryer vent cleaned out because my dryer threw a code to alert me that it was needed. The technician was very professional and courteous. He told me that, since my laundry room and dryer vent is on an outside wall, he wouldn't expect the clog to be in the vent. He double-checked and saw it was completely clear. So he recommended that I reach out to an appliance tech and gave me the card to someone he recommends. He also took the time to look at some of the ducts in my house to see if they were due to be cleaned. He even went so far as to look at my furnace to see if that needed to be cleaned and recommended an HVAC tech to me, as well. All that and didn't charge me anything because he didn't actually need to clean any of my vents / ducts. I have a couple calls to make today, but I'm really happy I had such an honest and thoughtful tech come to inspect my vents. If it had been someone looking to just make a sale, I may have had a different outcome.

I have heard that getting ducts clean wasn't necessary. That was terrible advice. Our house immediately felt cleaner and the air less stuffy. Mike and Tristan both did an awesome job, were professional, and were out quickly! If you've never had your ducts cleaned, or just think you need it, call these guys!

From the first contact I had with Michael to inquire about his duct cleaning services to his departure after completion, he kept in communication with me. Michael arrived on time, explained what he would do, showed me before and after photos during the process, and left our home without making a mess. Would definitely recommend his services.

I highly recommend Dirty Ducts LLC for cleaning your ducts. Michael did an excellent job at a reasonable price with no hidden fees. His knowledge, experience and kindness made me glad I hired him to clean the ducts in my house. Thanks Michael

Yesterday we had Dirty Ducts clean our ducts. We never had it done before and lived here since 2013. They were amazing. From the staff in the office to Michael and Tristan. Very professional and treated our house like it was theirs
I would recommend them highly!!!

Dirty Ducts did a great job on our dryer vent. Can’t believe how much lint they pulled out of the ducting. If you have been putting it off or not sure you need it cleaned. Believe me you need to get it done ASAP!! Call Michael at Dirty Ducts Boise. You will be glad you did.

I highly recommend Dirty Ducts for cleaning your air ducts and dryer vent. We had our two rental homes done, and his thorough cleaning was amazing! We didn’t realize how badly the ducts needed cleaning until we saw what was removed. Definitely will have Dirty Ducts again!

I definitely recommend having your ducts and vents cleaned by Michael. The appointment was easy to make, communication was excellent and Michael's explanation of the process was much appreciated. The stuff that came out of the ducts was unbelievable. Do not hesitate to contact immediately!
