Reviews of local pros in Star, Idaho

We hired Dirty Ducts to come out and clean out our ducts. Michael was very professional and arrived on time. He was able to suck out a door knob and a roll of duct tape from two of our vents. Our home is 7 years old and was a new construction home so that stuff was from the home builder. He was clean and made sure everything was cleaned up when he left. He has a good working knowledge of H Vac systems and knew what to look for while working. We would recommend Dirt Ducts for your duct cleaning needs.

Air Duct Cleaning.

Last week we had Michael from Dirty Ducts come out to our house and clean our system. We are very pleased with the results of his service. From the initial contact with Michael, he was very informative and helpful in helping us understand the need for having our system cleaned. I am impressed with Michael's positive work ethic, his thoroughness as a service provider, and his pleasantness to work with. He is a honest and very helpful person to work with.

I highly recommend Michael and Dirty Ducts for his hard work and integrity. Thank you Michael for being professional and so helpful.

Michael with Dirty Ducts cleaned our dryer vent in Meridian, and I must say, the communication, effort and professionalism was outstanding, as well as the work done. He really went above and beyond on this job, as I had something funky going on in this old house. Highly recommend Michael.

I was so pleased with Michael's service! I was appalled by the amount of debris that was removed from my air ducts! Michael also cleaned my dryer vent. He was very professional and did not attempt to add on any other services like many do. He arrived right on time and went to work. I highly recommend Michael and his business, Dirty Ducts!

Had Michael clean out our HVAC ducts and drier vent this week, he did a GREAT job. Very informative, great attention to details, took his time and was very reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about the job he did. Pretty surprising what he found in the ducts, everything from old dry wall to pieces of crown molding. Highly recommended.

Dirty Ducts Boise, Michael, cleaned our ducts yesterday and did an amazing job. 2600 sqft house, 25 vents including intakes, took around 4hrs. I watched much of the process and talked with Michael throughout. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He's an extremely hard worker and was very methodical, detailed and thorough. He demonstrated his process, honored his bid and did NOT try and upsell or add on any additional charges. I would definitely recommend his work and will have him return when the time comes.

Michael of Dirty Ducts Boise did a great job cleaning my ducts. He took before and after photos and we were shocked at some of the debris he removed from our duct work. Michael was very professional and clean and educated is on additional services that we may benefit from without any “sales pressure”. Great value - Great Service!

Michael of Dirty Ducts Boise recently cleaned my house's ductwork and the dryer vent. My next door neighbor set up the appointment and we both got a discount. Michael was on time and efficient and completed the job in the time allotted. I was appalled at the amount of dirt in the ducts but that explains why I could dust and the next day my furniture looked like I hadn't touched it. I'm very satisfied with his work and price which is extremely reasonable.

Michael and his team did a great job for our home. They were professional, friendly and hardworking. We highly recommend Michael’s team.

Michael came out this morning to clean our dryer vents. He was incredibly professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend him over any big box company out there. Thanks for the great service! Will use Dirty Ducts again!!

Dirty Ducts just cleaned my home, first time in 20 years and it was filthy. The team did a great job, took a couple of hours and they were extremely thorough, ran a camera through it to make sure nothing was missed and did a steam clean. You cannot beat this company for the best job ever.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dirty Ducts in Boise, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I called, their team was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on time and left my ducts spotless—making a noticeable difference in my home’s air quality. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set Dirty Ducts apart. I highly recommend their services to anyone in Boise looking for a top-notch duct cleaning experience!

Michael was amazing! We had no idea how much difference having a certified technician would make! We had just completed a major remodel on our new home and had the ducts cleaned by an uncertified technician that did duct cleaning on the side. We just assumed everything was clean, because we couldn't actually see anything. That's the problem with having someone uncertified clean your ducts....you just don't know what they're actually missing, because you can't see it. When we started having trouble with our dryer not drying properly, we called Michael with Dirty Ducts Boise. We were absolutely astounded at how much dryer lint was clogged in the line leading out of our house, a line that was supposedly already cleaned by the other guy. As a courtesy, Michael ran his camera into the openings of several other vent registers to show us if they had actually been cleaned properly, and we were astonished to see how much debris and actual pieces of drywall were still sitting inside the vents. It was also clear that the uncertified guy had not even touched the main line. Needless to say, we scheduled a full cleaning with Michael and are very happy with the results. He actually provided photos and videos of the clean lines so that we could rest assured they were done right. We will never use an uncertified tech ever again. I highly recommend Dirty Ducts Boise!

Michael went above and beyond while cleaning our ducts. We are breathing easier already! I cannot recommend Dirty Ducts Boise’s services enough!

Michael and the Dirty Ducts crew is amazing! Found them online after having an issue with mice entering our heating ducts. They're honest, informative, communicative, with an impressive work ethic! Their quote was very reasonable and it's worth every penny! I did not think I would notice a difference in our air quality but I was shocked to notice an immediate difference as soon as they were done! We were so impressed we ended up setting up an appointment for them to service a family member's house who has cancer.

I’m so happy to have found Dirty Ducts Boise! I had my private home serviced for both duct and dryer vent cleaning, and he was incredibly thorough and professional. He took the time to cover all the HVAC vents, wore protective booties in the house, and even took photos of the significant buildup in the roof dryer vent—something I never would have known about otherwise.
As a property manager, I was impressed enough to confidently schedule appointments for my tenants as well. I was reported a similarly positive experience, which speaks volumes about the consistent quality of service.
Thank you again! Highly recommended for both homeowners, property managers, or anyone who needs cleaner ducts!

10000% recommended. Locally owned and the owner Michael is a great guy. I won’t use anyone else.

I highly recommend Michael with Dirty Ducts. He was very thorough, personable and made sure to get all my vents fully cleaned and sanitized. I feel so much more comfortable in my home now because of Dirty Ducts!

We highly recommend Michael, the owner of Dirty Duct Boise. Our home, nearly 20 years old, had never had its ducts cleaned. We initially reached out to Michael for a dryer vent cleaning, but he wisely recommended a full duct cleaning as well—and we’re grateful he did. He arrived a few minutes early and worked efficiently while keeping us informed throughout the process. By the end, our ducts were spotless, and when he cleaned the dryer vent, it looked like it was snowing from the sheer amount of lint he removed. Michael did an outstanding job, so if you’re considering duct or dryer vent cleaning, we highly recommend Dirty Duct Boise.

Absolutely recommend Michael! This is no scam and no gimmick. Michael cares deeply about his work. He's done my dryer vent yearly and just completed my whole home duct cleaning. The process is a process and I'm happy I hired him for the job!

Michael is also properly certified with the correct commercial grade equipment.
Amazing work! Locally owned.

We recently had Dirty Ducts come out and clean the ducts and dryer vent at our house. Wow! The service provided by Michael and Lawrence was amazing. They were efficient, respectful of our house (they put guards down to protect walls and furniture when moving their equipment), and thoroughly explained the process. Michael worked extra hard to clean out the extremely dirty dryer vent. We hardly had any air moving through the duct because of how clogged it was. I highly recommend Dirty Ducts to all homeowners. We’ve signed up for annual dryer vent cleaning – it’s well worth it!
