Untrustworthy! Takes advantage of elderly women and double charges them. Gives unclear quotes intentional to get away with over charging once the job is done.. Never offers any written quote or has any paperwork signed. Promises a contract, but never delivers. Stops answering calls/texts/email. Hire a professional.
