Michael and his team are great. Used them for three separate projects--including one larger one to address sewer back up, but they are also super responsive and dependable for the day to day issues of an older home.

Our water heater died on a Saturday morning and our plumber couldn't come out until Monday. We called Monkeys Wrench and Paul came out a few hours later to replace our water heater. Paul was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We were so grateful for his quick response to our distress call.

We've been using Monkey's Wrench for a few years now and have had nothing but great experiences with them. We used them in Oak Park for basic plumbing upkeep issues but when we moved to a our new house in Villa Park which we renovated we used Monkey's Wrench for literally every plumbing task we had to accomplish. What I'm saying is - they do it all. They replaced the incoming water line from the street, the outgoing sewer line to the street and installed a clean out valve. Furthermore, they replaced every water pipe in the house and installed all of our new fixtures. Our contactor wanted to use his company and had them bid on these jobs but Monkey's Wrench was thousands of dollars less expensive. I'll be back to them for my next round of projects.

Paul, Nick and Mike are the best!! I called them about sewer backup on 3/6 at 7:30am. They were here and had it fixed by 8:30am that same day!! Incredible plumbing company; I will never use anyone else!

These guys are fantastic! I called to see how much it would cost to replace a kitchen faucet. I was warned there could be an issue with the water shutoff valves, which there was. At least it's functional and no longer leaking. They will be back when my building has their biyearly shutoff to replace the valves and various other things that have been put off. Thanks!
