Haris performed our annual furnace tune up. He worked quickly and efficiently and gave me helpful tips to keep our furnace performing at peak efficiency. We also received an estimate for a recommended package to replace parts that are starting to show wear so we can stay ahead of a. breakdown. Always great service from this team. Highly recommend!

Just had “Comfort Masters Service Experts” service my furnace. I’ve had plenty of technicians service my furnace before, but I am very impressed with Daniel. Very knowledgeable and thorough. All questions that I had were answered and then some. Very efficient. Which makes me very happy and my furnace too!

I just had my new furnace put in by Javier and David! They did a great job installing my new furnace. They were here on time protected my floors and let me know what was occurring as they were installing the new furnace..
They gave me an orientation to my furnace and let me know the numbers I need to call if I had any problems!

Great experience this week with the installation of new furnaces. An issue requiring replacement was identified by Hubert last Sunday and he was able to have Andrew come out same day to discuss options and pricing. It was unexpected to have a salesperson available on a Sunday but very helpful in not having to wait into the workweek. Replacement was Thursday with Dan and Tom. I received notification when they were coming and got a full explanations of work as it progressed. It may be funny to say the furnaces look great but they do. All ductwork and connections are cleanly made. No mess left behind. The new thermostats were put in nicely and features explained. The new systems operate very well and have made my house very comfortable. I've been with this company for over 20 years and they put in the HVAC in my prior home as well. The Lennox systems are great for home comfort and can't do better than Comfort Masters/Service Experts.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night during this extremely frigid weather. We called Comfort Masters and their technician, Miguel Herrera came out earlier than expected. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced our thermostat, getting our heat back up and running as soon as possible. He even spent the time to help is with the new thermostat app. We truly appreciated the quick response, clear communication, and quality work—especially given the conditions. Excellent service when we needed it most.

Great experience with Spencer from Comfort Masters! He was very personable which for an old school cat like myself that means a lot. Even more important he was honest, upfront and very knowledgeable in his line of work. If everyone that works here is like Spencer you will not go wrong with whatever you called them for. Fixed my issue, made a great recommendation and was just an overall good human!

Daniel Lukas came out and installed a 50 gallon Bradford White Water heater for us. He came out around 8:30 am and finished around 12 pm. I had a couple requests about moving the new water heater closer to the wall and he did a great job of giving us more room in the area. He answered our questions about how to get the most life out of the water heater and walked us through lighting the pilot and shuting off the water to the tank and humidifier. The area was left neat. He also covered, with drop cloths, the entire path needed to get the old water heater out so our carpeting would not get ruined with rusty water stains. Great job!
