I have been using Algonquin Heating for several years now, as the services are timely and professional with reasonable pricing. I would not even consider another service company. I highly recommend their services.

Our furnace was over 30 years old (we've only been in this house for almost 4) and there was something that caught fire inside of it over night. We called in the morning and Adam came out the same day, we put a deposit down on a replacement, and the new furnace was installed the next day.

I've had the pleasure of working with Adam, Nick, and Sam. All three came over and installed the new furnace in one day. Further, Adam was able to fix our humidifier (that never worked since we've lived here) and install an air purifier all in the same day. Further, even though this was an emergency call there was no upcharges

Rose, the office manager, called today to check on us and make sure everything was ok. She even got me a quote for a damper that we will need for when it's AC season within 15 minutes.

I know they are very busy, during peak times, but when we needed them, they made us feel like their only customer. They were friendly, informative, and professional.

Will always recommend and can't imagine going with another company as long as we live in the area.

I have been using these folks for years. They installed my furnace and my air conditioner. Rose who always answers the phones is really nice ALL the time when I call. Brian, one of the techs who comes out is outstanding and friendly. Always takes the time to answer even the most stupid questions since I know nothing about heating and air... All their units work flawlessly. Highly recommend them!!

My wife and I recently moved in to our home that was not well taken care of by the previous owners. We had a pleasurable experience with Algonquin Heating & Air Conditioning. I have an above average knowledge of the equipment in our home, but I don't have the experience to tell how much life is left in the equipment/ or am capable of QUICKLY troubleshooting. I love to learn everything that I can, but don't like peek over the shoulders of those that have a job to do or tie them up in conversation. The technician that came out was very friendly, went out of his way to engage in conversation, did his best to fix everything with out trying to sell me parts, informed me of the life expectancy of our equipment, and even found parts that I was unaware I had that was left behind by the previous owner. I would recommend this company even though my phone call was never returned when I was looking for a job ;)

We have had our annual furnace & a/c check up done by Algonquin Heating & Air for over 20 years. They have always provided us with great service and the few times that we have needed a new part or freon we felt comfortable using a company we knew to be honest and reliable.

10/1.2020 John Dee --- We recently moved to Marengo and I called to get my furnace cleaned and checked. Brian came out to do the job and was very informative and explained everything. Unfortunately the furnace was old and corroded and needed to be replaced. Brian came out today and installed a new furnace. He did a fantastic job checking everything. He found a venting problem and fixed that too. Very happy with him his partner and the company. FIVE STARS

Algonquin Heating and Cooling are all around great. From phone calls and responses to on time/early arrival, fair prices and knowledgeable, adaptable staff. I’ve had others HVAC companies to my house who did poor work; which kept me looking until I had Algonquin Heating and Cooling technician, Brian on-site. He cleaned up what the others had left as ‘good enough’. Proper is the way Brian finished the work. I’ve finished looking around. Kudos to you folks, for having a good group working together

I had a great experience with Algonquin Heating and Air. My furnace wasn't operating properly and they sent someone out to diagnose my issue quickly. The service man was knowledgeable and explained everything throughly! Will definitely call for any future issues I have.

We have used Algonquin Heating and Cooling for a few years now typically with Brian as our service man. They always provide excellent and timely service. They are quick to solve the problem so you can get on with your day. We will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. As a bonus they send coupons in the mail too!!!

Excellent customer service and very prompt response time in arriving at my house. The problem was diagnosed very quickly, and the parts were on hand to make the repair. Had a great experience using Algonquin Heating and Cooling. The technician, Sam, was on time and very nice. He was able to get my furnace up and working during the same appointment which was a huge relief since it was extremely cold outside. Very thankful.

We’ve been using this company for over 20 years. Invariably, we get a young man by the name of Brian. We see him twice a year for typical maintenance/tune-up of our furnace & A/C. He is professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He always makes sure to let us know the condition of our units and what we might encounter going forward. Woke up this morning to a cold 67 degree home.
Called Algonquin heating and cooling about 8:30, told the receptionist of my problem and she said a tech would be there within the hour. I was a little skeptical at first but sure enough within the hour Adam showed up. His professionalism and knowledge about my issue was very impressive. Within the next hour heat was working again and he gave me several recommendations on things we needed to address.
We will definitely be calling them in the future. Great company ask for Adam he did an excellent job.

We’ve used the services of Algonquin Heating and Cooling since we relocated to this area almost 20 years ago. We have used them for air conditioning, furnace, and tankless water heater service calls. Rose, in the office, is always pleasant to speak with and sends help right away.

Most of the time we see Brian. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional and is always glad to explain details of repairs, and answer any questions we might have. We have seen other employees as well and they are always polite and professional too. One time an employee came in on his day off to help us when our furnace went out!! They’ve even had to come out on New Year’s Eve when our furnace went out-and did so with no hesitation or complaints. We had a newborn baby at the time and were so grateful!!

We have always received same-day service and one time when they didn’t have a special part, Brian drove to pick up the part from the supplier. He came back within a couple of hours and finished the repair. Who has customer service like that these days?! They really do appreciate their customers. :)

Our HVAC system is 19-year’s-old and still running smooth, thanks to good care and advice. Not once have we been pushed towards purchasing a new system. When it finally gives out we will definitely use Algonquin Heating and Cooling!

Our furnace went out & someone was able to come & fix it that day. They were able to work around my work schedule & arrange a time that worked for me. The technician, Brian, explained what was wrong & was able to fix it in a short amount of time. He was very knowledgeable & was able to answer all of my questions about our furnace. They were very affordable as well.
