I seldom write reviews, but when I encounter exceptional service, I feel compelled to share. My experience with the team at Seasonal Landscapes was nothing short of spectacular. They crafted a luxury backyard oasis that surpassed my highest expectations. Their consistent communication and unwavering commitment ensured that every promise was kept. Over a two-month span, their honesty and transparency never wavered. They just did what they said they would do.. Every time. Seasonals impeccable execution and robust labor force was a breathe of fresh air. The staff, encompassing landscapers to carpenters, were not only professional but also courteous and meticulous in their work. Given the complexity of the project, it could easily have been a challenging experience. However, the expertise and extensive resources of Seasonal Landscapes made it smooth and hassle-free.

A special acknowledgment to Dale, Matt, Emily, Juan and his whole carpentry team for their invaluable guidance and attention to detail. We're elated with the final product and now find ourselves spending more time outdoors than in. I've always wanted a nice patio, but the timing was never right. After moving into a new build home, I knew this was my opportunity, so I swung for the fences.

I chose to work with Seasonal Landscape Solutions after seeing their work at a friend's house, and discussing their experience with Seasonal.

As my friends were, I am extremely happy with my choice. As you can see in the pics, the finished product is actually better than the rendering - and the rendering is outstanding. The materials used, the building practices employed, and the care used during construction were all first rate.

Can you find less expensive vendors? I'm sure you can. Will their work lead you to gaze at the finished product several times a day because of its beauty? I don't know - but I can guarantee that's what you'll get when you work with Seasonal. I am over the moon with my new outdoor living space.

The folks at Seasonal Landscape Solutions did a fabulous job with our front stoop and walkway! Their highly skilled and courteous team transformed our front entrance beautifully. We couldn't be happier!

Matt from the sales team came out and we had a great initial discussion and we told him our vision for the patio. His design team came up with a drawing that nailed our vision. Matt was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns throughout the entire project from beginning to end to after the project was complete. Matt provided comfort about our Unilock brick choices and made recommendations to guide us through the selection process. Matt's initial timeline estimate was nearly spot on, which was really impressive, given we had a few rain out days.

Dale, the project manager, was equally responsive and helpful as the construction progressed. Dale continued to respond to any issues that came up quickly, even after the project was over and paid for! He made sure every detail was covered, including the seeding of the grass in the work zones as well as adding plants after completion and fixing / adjusting the sprinklers that were impacted by the new patio.

The work crew was very hard working and got the job done in a timely manner. On a daily basis, they made sure at the end of their work day, that things were cleaned up around the house, which is no small task given the scope of the project. We are very happy with the finished product they created.

Matt, Dale and the entire team (including the billing department), communicated well and in a timely manner, provided excellent customer care and comfort including getting all the city permitting done, coordinating the gas line connection and countertop installation, and in the end produced a great result for us!

Andy and his crew are amazing! They are all very helpful and knowledgeable. His crew takes pride in whatever projects they are working on. My husband and I are completely satisfied and love our new patio. Andy was able to surpass any expectations we had. We are looking forward to spending a lot of time outside now . We had Seasonal Landscaping Solutions install our Unilock paver patio and since it turned out so well we had a front walkway installed later. Both are holding up well and they were super about taking care of any small issues and even took care of an issue later at no charge when it was even out of warranty for us!! They do this great 3D video rendering of what it will look like before they ever start and I am providing some stills of what those look like.

Outstanding workmanship and design consulting! Andy, Dale and Alvaro were great to work with in building the hardscape & landscape project surrounding our inground pool. The structures came out as beautiful as they are functional and we are very pleased with the results. - We Absolutely recommend them!

What can I say about Andy and his team at Seasonal Landscape—nothing but great things! They installed a 1,400 sq. ft. stamped concrete patio with a walkway, hot tub pad, built in grilling station & power burner /with natural gas hook up and raised bar with space for a fridge, sitting wall around our fire pit, and built our yardistry 12x24 gazebo with proper footings, lighting, and outlets. They also added low-voltage lighting throughout the grill area, steps, and sitting wall, which makes the whole space look amazing at night.

From day one, Andy’s communication was excellent—always quick to respond and open to changes. He took my ideas and sketches and made them a reality, all while staying fair and within budget. Dale and the crew were professional, respectful, detail-oriented, and even offered helpful suggestions along the way.

The project took about two months, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Any small issues were fixed right away. Neighbors constantly compliment the space (one even hired them after seeing ours). Thanks to Andy and his team, we now have a backyard we’ll enjoy for years to come. If you’re considering a patio or outdoor project, don’t hesitate to call them—you won’t be disappointed!

I have been using Algonquin Heating for several years now, as the services are timely and professional with reasonable pricing. I would not even consider another service company. I highly recommend their services.

Our furnace was over 30 years old (we've only been in this house for almost 4) and there was something that caught fire inside of it over night. We called in the morning and Adam came out the same day, we put a deposit down on a replacement, and the new furnace was installed the next day.

I've had the pleasure of working with Adam, Nick, and Sam. All three came over and installed the new furnace in one day. Further, Adam was able to fix our humidifier (that never worked since we've lived here) and install an air purifier all in the same day. Further, even though this was an emergency call there was no upcharges

Rose, the office manager, called today to check on us and make sure everything was ok. She even got me a quote for a damper that we will need for when it's AC season within 15 minutes.

I know they are very busy, during peak times, but when we needed them, they made us feel like their only customer. They were friendly, informative, and professional.

Will always recommend and can't imagine going with another company as long as we live in the area.

I have been using these folks for years. They installed my furnace and my air conditioner. Rose who always answers the phones is really nice ALL the time when I call. Brian, one of the techs who comes out is outstanding and friendly. Always takes the time to answer even the most stupid questions since I know nothing about heating and air... All their units work flawlessly. Highly recommend them!!

My wife and I recently moved in to our home that was not well taken care of by the previous owners. We had a pleasurable experience with Algonquin Heating & Air Conditioning. I have an above average knowledge of the equipment in our home, but I don't have the experience to tell how much life is left in the equipment/ or am capable of QUICKLY troubleshooting. I love to learn everything that I can, but don't like peek over the shoulders of those that have a job to do or tie them up in conversation. The technician that came out was very friendly, went out of his way to engage in conversation, did his best to fix everything with out trying to sell me parts, informed me of the life expectancy of our equipment, and even found parts that I was unaware I had that was left behind by the previous owner. I would recommend this company even though my phone call was never returned when I was looking for a job ;)

We have had our annual furnace & a/c check up done by Algonquin Heating & Air for over 20 years. They have always provided us with great service and the few times that we have needed a new part or freon we felt comfortable using a company we knew to be honest and reliable.

10/1.2020 John Dee --- We recently moved to Marengo and I called to get my furnace cleaned and checked. Brian came out to do the job and was very informative and explained everything. Unfortunately the furnace was old and corroded and needed to be replaced. Brian came out today and installed a new furnace. He did a fantastic job checking everything. He found a venting problem and fixed that too. Very happy with him his partner and the company. FIVE STARS

Algonquin Heating and Cooling are all around great. From phone calls and responses to on time/early arrival, fair prices and knowledgeable, adaptable staff. I’ve had others HVAC companies to my house who did poor work; which kept me looking until I had Algonquin Heating and Cooling technician, Brian on-site. He cleaned up what the others had left as ‘good enough’. Proper is the way Brian finished the work. I’ve finished looking around. Kudos to you folks, for having a good group working together

I had a great experience with Algonquin Heating and Air. My furnace wasn't operating properly and they sent someone out to diagnose my issue quickly. The service man was knowledgeable and explained everything throughly! Will definitely call for any future issues I have.

We have used Algonquin Heating and Cooling for a few years now typically with Brian as our service man. They always provide excellent and timely service. They are quick to solve the problem so you can get on with your day. We will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. As a bonus they send coupons in the mail too!!!

Excellent customer service and very prompt response time in arriving at my house. The problem was diagnosed very quickly, and the parts were on hand to make the repair.
