Had a great experience using Algonquin Heating and Cooling. The technician, Sam, was on time and very nice. He was able to get my furnace up and working during the same appointment which was a huge relief since it was extremely cold outside. Very thankful.

We have been using this group for almost 10 years. Brian P has been our guy for that whole time. He has recommended and installed a new water heater and a new furnace from them. He does great work and I can only recommend Brian and Algonquin Heating and Air!

We’ve been using this company for over 20 years. Invariably, we get a young man by the name of Brian. We see him twice a year for typical maintenance/tune-up of our furnace & A/C. He is professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He always makes sure to let us know the condition of our units and what we might encounter going forward. He is on time, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. A great guy and company.

Excellent company have been using them for over 20 year's. The are professional and quality work. Adam was the technician that came out to our home. Very respectful responsible and polite young man. I recommend them to everyone. Rose is excellent and always make appointments to help their customers. Thanks guys.

Brian has been coming to my house and servicing the furnace and a/c for many years. He is always knowledgeable courteous. He definately puts the service in customer service. He is a GREAT asset to your company. I appreciate Brian, Rose, and everyone associated with Algonquin Heating and Cooling.

Woke up this morning to a cold 67 degree home.
Called Algonquin heating and cooling about 8:30, told the receptionist of my problem and she said a tech would be there within the hour. I was a little skeptical at first but sure enough within the hour Adam showed up. His professionalism and knowledge about my issue was very impressive. Within the next hour heat was working again and he gave me several recommendations on things we needed to address.
We will definitely be calling them in the future. Great company ask for Adam he did an excellent job.

We’ve used the services of Algonquin Heating and Cooling since we relocated to this area almost 20 years ago. We have used them for air conditioning, furnace, and tankless water heater service calls. Rose, in the office, is always pleasant to speak with and sends help right away.

Most of the time we see Brian. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional and is always glad to explain details of repairs, and answer any questions we might have. We have seen other employees as well and they are always polite and professional too. One time an employee came in on his day off to help us when our furnace went out!! They’ve even had to come out on New Year’s Eve when our furnace went out-and did so with no hesitation or complaints. We had a newborn baby at the time and were so grateful!!

We have always received same-day service and one time when they didn’t have a special part, Brian drove to pick up the part from the supplier. He came back within a couple of hours and finished the repair. Who has customer service like that these days?! They really do appreciate their customers. :)

Our HVAC system is 19-year’s-old and still running smooth, thanks to good care and advice. Not once have we been pushed towards purchasing a new system. When it finally gives out we will definitely use Algonquin Heating and Cooling!

Our furnace went out & someone was able to come & fix it that day. They were able to work around my work schedule & arrange a time that worked for me. The technician, Brian, explained what was wrong & was able to fix it in a short amount of time. He was very knowledgeable & was able to answer all of my questions about our furnace. They were very affordable as well.

Excellent communication, they really went out of their way to help us over the holiday weekend. Will use them again

Had a very poor experience with this company. The technician came to my house, spent an hour talking on a phone with his owner , then wiped my outside A/C , took a couple pictures of inside unit and when I asked for the list of details needed for next visit , they refused to provide it , then the
greedy owner charged me $83! I never met such a desperate , greedy company in my life. I wanted to continue business with them but not anymore! The owner threatened me to call police if I don't pay her for wiping my A/C. If you don't want to be charged for nothing, do not call this company.

I've been using Algonquin Heating & A/C for several years now. Whether I've called them for routine cleaning or for actual repairs, they are always friendly and professional. They work quickly and don't leave a mess when they're done. When I've had to call for repairs, they fixed my problem for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have been customers of Algonquin Heating and Air Conditioning for well over 15 years. They have provided excellent service from annual air conditioning servicing to complete furnace replacement (which was done within one day of an emergency call one December after the furnace failed completely and the temperature as falling fast!). Adam came out to provide a cleaning and diagnostic service on our AC unit. He was absolutely excellent- walked us through each step of what he was checking, shared tips and recommendations for running our system, and gave us straightforward feedback. His attention to detail and honesty was appreciated. We will definitely have him back to service our furnace and AC in the future!

We called for service on our furnace. We had Brian come out within an hour to our home. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He got the part needed & was able to fix our furnace same day. Brian is great! We had Brian from Algonquin Heating & Airconditioning do other service for us before & have always been pleased. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Great place to do business!

Since we purchased our home in 2009 we have used Algonquin Heating and Cooling for both our furnace and AC. They are fantastic! Brian keeps us updated on condition of both units. He's never tried to push for things we don't need. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I had a furnace issue on a Friday morning and called Algonquin Heating and Air Conditioning after several of my friends said how pleased they were with their service. I called and within an hour they had a technician at my home. He diagnosed the problem, located the part, and had my furnace fixed within a short period of time. The office person and the technician that I worked with were both very friendly and professional. I am so glad I chose this company out of so many that are in the area. I will definitely use Algonquin Heating and Air Conditioning in the future as well as recommend them to family and friends.

I’m new to the area and needed a humidifier for our furnace. Brian came out to our home and was very informative in describing the product and how it would be installed. Brian was very professional as a sales representative to the point where we requested if he could do the installation which he did. He did a very prompt and neat job. Would definitely contact Algonquin Heating for any future job. Very thorough in explaining the operation of product.

We just used Algonquin Heating and Air again for our routine furnace maintenance. Each time the service rep has been very professional. Their service rep never pushes for unnecessary work to be done as experienced in the past with other similar companies. We have never had an issue after they leave; as have experienced with other companies too. There is a reason they have been in business for so long. Highly recommended.

Great company, highly recommended. Called for an issue with my heater and they came out same day. Replacement was done quickly after. I appreciate the attention to detail. In addition to installing the new unit Brian cleaned up a lot done wrong by the previous owner. Unit looks great and is functioning even better!
