I definitely recommend Crawford plumbing. I had an emergency call out for a broken pipe on a late Friday afternoon. He took care of the pipe and had the water back on quickly. Thank you so much for your quick response and professional work ethic.

If you are looking for a friendly, dependable, and reasonably priced plumber, this is the guy to contact. Scott has installed a new basement bathroom and water heater just to name a few of the jobs he’s done for me and would highly recommend. Also referred him to my daughter for an electric water heater installation and both she and her husband were very pleased with his work.

Just know this is who you'd be inviting into your home... probably go elsewhere

Gave me an estimate of work to be performed, put me on the schedule....and never showed up!! Not even a call to say they couldn't make it. When I called he had a snarky attitude. Rude and unreliable.

We called V1 to get our a/c prepped for the season. They responded promptly and were out the next day. Communication was great as was the price. We are now ready for the summer heat!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but had a very bad experience with this company. The people are nice and respectable but not very punctual. A couple times no call no shows. Really wish they communicated better.

Reply: Sir I'm not really sure where you pulled the date of December 4th out of maybe you have your facts mistaken. but the text messages say otherwise. not really sure if you are in the loop. but according to the messages. you asked on November 17th if you could install the condenser tomorrow November 18th. I ""Yes sir." I message you at 3:42PM any idea on a time for today? Or was it pushed back. you stated "pushed back to tomorrow late morning" guess who never showed up? you message me on November 23rd "is anyone going to be home today? we had a scheduling conflict last week." that was great to know when you didn't show up or even mention anything about being absent. so i respond with is there anyway to schedule this out closer to the 11th of December that's when i will have money to pay. you stated i need to contact choice. i told choice what was happening and everything was all good. I asked on the 14th of December at 7:27PM "Hello, sorry for the late text. could we set up the installation? " You read the message and don't reply. Nowhere did we say December 4th. You agreed to waiting. Don't backpedal the situation in public to make it seem different and save grace. You might need to remember correctly the events and the dates because I have the messages.

Bryant was a consummate professional. We were in a bind with no heat and he took care of it. Responded quickly, communicated his arrival times and explained exactly what he was doing. Highly recommend.
