I had a severe flood in my basement. I reached out to John with PuroClean. They literally came out 15 minutes after I called to measure humidity and check out the damage. They gave me their professional advice that the flooring would need to come up even though I was hesitant on it thinking I could keep it. Ended up trusting their word and turned out there was vast amount of water stuck under our vinyl planks. They had an army in my basement the next day tearing out all the flooring and sanitizing and cleaning everything up. They had fans and dehumidifiers running for days. The came in at a much cheaper price than competitors and did a phenomenal job. Couldn’t give more stars if I wanted to. Great job.

My basement flooded after a strong storm. We called what we thought was a reliable company (ServPro). They did come out and remove the damage but then told us it would be 4 to 6 months before they could do the work to put my basement back together. I called the insurance company and they recommended Puroclean. I called them and they scheduled an appointment the next day. They sent an estimate to the insurance and within a week of insurance approval they were at my house to start working. I should have used Puroclean from the start. Rush and his team were fantastic. He kept us informed of the progress and the work to be done every step of the way. Rush, John and his team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They got me back into my basement on time. I get to enjoy it again. Thanks again to Rush and Puroclean. I would highly recommend them.

I came home one day to find my bedroom floor saturated with water from an air-conditioning unit. My insurance adjuster provided me with the PuroClean mitigation company to handle the mitigation service. Jose, John, and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. Rush explained what needed to be done, then he and the crew proceeded to work on my place. Rush stopped by my home everyday for the next few days to check on the drying process. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Once the drying was completed, the team promptly removed the equipment and were on their way. I hope I never need this type of service again, but I would used PuroClean again if needed.

I came home to a broken water line and it was a disaster. I called my insurance company American Family. They recommended Pure Clean. I called Pure Clean and they were at my house within an hour. They had 12 fans and 4 dehumidifiers with them. They proceeded cleaning the area up. It was on Friday, They came back on Monday and did the demo work on the damaged area. They were done in 2-3 days. No mess left behind. I would recommend to anyone to use this company. Very Professional. Very thorough. Rosh the Supervisor was awesome as was Jose one of the demo Guys. But all in all the whole crew was great. They are a amazing company!!!

These guys were very professional. My wife and I just purchased a home and were unaware of a broken sewer pipe in the basement. Puro clean cut out and discarded the mold ridden drywall and thoroughly explained the steps needed to be taken to restore the room. Water had gotten beneath the vinyl floor and I was encouraged to replace the entire basement floor when only one room was affected by the water damage. We had gone back and forth for a bit and I did feel they were too pushy regarding this topic. Attempting to perform a much larger job than what was required for he remediation. I understood the logic, but I felt they didn’t have my best interests in mind. The entire topic was dropped once we found out insurance wouldn’t cover the damage. Aside from this the work that had been performed was great and the team was very efficient, polite, and professional.

They did a terrible job on my windows. Once they've got the money, they're out of there. It's like Home Depot is just a middleman who handles the payment, and I suspect they subcontract everything.

Getting help over the phone is nearly impossible. I called the right department, but was transferred to another before being disconnected. Trying to reach the original department again yielded no answer. Eventually, I got through to a Custer service rep who attempted to transfer me - unfortunately, I'd been on hold for so long that my call timed out and went dead. If you need assistance with your installation or have questions, it's clear you'll need to physically visit the store yourself.
