My basement had flooded and puroclean had
Came in and removed the rug and base boards and bathroom vanity.they put fans in the basement to dry out the the floors.once everything had dried they reconstructed everything back.i was very satisfied with the work they performed

I attended an ethics class for my insurance license requirements. The class was great. They engaged with the class so real life situations were talked about. Very informative class.

They came in and placed their fans quickly and made sure all that was wet was being taken care of. They worked quickly and professionally and were very helpful and knowledgeable. We plan on using them for the restoration.

We asked Aurelian to help us with a variety of plumbing and water related issues including a leaking water heater and a some potential leaking pipes behind our walls, along with some smaller issues. He was able to repair the water heater without needing to replace it. He also was able to determine that we did not have leaky pipes without needing to cut into the walls. We really appreciated that he was able to save us from costly repairs!

Puroclean, this is very professional company they came and saved my home from a terrible flood they were able to dry my hardwood floors and save them from meldewing and having to be removed. They worked very efficient and quickly.

Puroclean located at 12540 S. Holiday Dr. Alsip, IL, team provided TERRIBLE results. The work was intentionally delayed by this company. Date of loss was March 21, 23 and finally completed by this contractor November 2023. This company is representative of Poor communication, very poor workmanship, and intentional extended delays. Much of my personal time and money were lost because of this contractor. There was so much additional damage in the process of this contractor and his team working on the restoration. This is not a contractor I would consider for changing a lightbulb. They were paid a little of $44,000 and yet the workmanship is terrible from uneven drywall to cracked granite counter tops. Terrible experience.

I received good professional service from Rush and his team. I am well-pleased with the outcome. The services performed were not paid for by my insurance company therefore I was glad to still obtain good quality service at an affordable rate even though it was during the winter season.

I had a sewer backup issue in my basement. There was damage all over. The insurance company wasn’t as helpful as they could’ve been, but Matt and his crew reassured me that everything would be OK. His integrity and passion was felt and much appreciated. They’re definitely the real deal. Morals and integrity go a long way. They have it.

When disaster took over my home, PuroClean was there within 24 hours.
This company jumped right in and did an outstanding cleanup. The staff carefully handled my possessions both large and small from furniture to Christmas ornaments. No further damage was incurred during the manipulation of goods. The area was cleaned and dried better than I had expected.

The owner, Aurelian Calafeteanu was extremely knowledgeable; it was apparent he had many years experience and expertise in his field. He was invaluable in providing guidance through the entire process. He has a true interest in getting your home and life back in order.

I can only recommend this company if you have a degradation kink. You see I had a leaky ceiling and mitigation got done quickly. They received their second payment in November and it took them another 3 months to actually come in and finish the job. When I asked the project manager Rush why they were cutting corners, losing pieces to light fixtures, leaving light fixtures hanging by wires, leaving stain on the base boards, and more he decided instead of having a conversation like a normal human to start yelling at me in my own home. Now I have worked for companies like this for years and never have a seen someone especially in a position of power treat customers like that. Honestly one star is being nice considering after Rush blew up on me he didn’t even have the balls to come back in and apologize to me.

PuroClean did a great job repairing damage to my first floor condo bathrooms due to a leak from the unit above me. They made sure there was no mold and everything was safe before restoring the bathrooms to the original state. Good communication throughout, friendly employees, and worked around my schedule.

Rush and team were simply amazing! We had water damage leaking from second floor bathroom, down to the first floor. PuroClean came out almost immediately and began drying out the water. We only heard about this company from our insurance company, so in the beginning we were apprehensive because we had never used them before. My husband and I are beyond thrilled with the professionalism and excellent quality workmanship. Both bathroom remodels turned out gorgeous! We get so many compliments.
