I had a fire in my office, on the eve of the Super Bowl, and leaving out of town on vacation on Valentines day. The fire was contained, however, the soot, smoke, and carryover, permeated our whole house. My wife and I were in shock and at a lost with regards to what to do next.
Terry,(SERPRO) my initial contact who met me, at my home, was referred to us from Allstate. During our meeting, details of the restoration was explained to me, while reassuring me that everything will be OK. We were totally stressed.
Believe me, I had doubts. I figured that there would be some cleaning, but nothing like I expected. The cleaning to me, met hospital standards. My wife and I were amazed at the depth of their work. Each day, Nora and her team were on time and organized, moving like a well oiled machine. The crew cleaned everything, every item, in our home. Our house looks brand new on the inside. We rebuilt our home 20 years ago, with several upgrades since.

Sergio H and his crew were here early Sunday to start the restoration process in our home. They were courteous, professional , hard working and knowledgeable. Sergio addressed our every concern and patiently answered our many questions. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Hubert was the project manager on my restoration project. Due to a busted pipe I had to redo my bathroom and basement. He was quick to respond to questions I had and finding answers to my questions even when I left after hours messages. He guided me through the project and was very patient with my requests. Any item I wanted redone or changed was taken care of quickly as well. I felt that my project was important to them and they worked hard at making sure I was completely satisfied with my mitigation, pack out, pack back, floors, bathroom counters and vanity, bath tile work and linen closet! Due to the project, I had to have someone come out to clean my vents and when they pulled the covers off they scratched/chipped my newly painted walls. Even though it wasn’t Servpro that caused the damage, they still came out to repair it as a courtesy for me. I am glad I chose Servpro and recommend them to anyone!

I was very impressed with my experience with SERVPRO. I was given a list of companies to call to deal with a flooding issue that affected the ceiling of my unit. Servpro was the second company I called and glad they ended up being the ones who were able to help in this situation. Everyone did such a great job of communicating, scheduling and coordinating that it made for a seamless experience. Chris G. and his crew did an amazing job of protecting my space and containing where they were working. John, Kiki, and another young man came in after the space had dried and collected all the equipment quickly and efficiently. It is such a stressful situation that I hope no one finds themselves in but I can say these crews provided such peace of mind and made this such a pleasant experience considering the circumstances.

The ServPro team has been working on the extensive cleanup of significant water damage to my home for two days. They are very thorough and professional. Special thanks to Manager Sinoe, who carefully took pictures and kept me well informed of the entire process. He answered all of my questions and detailed the complete timeline of events. Project Manager Eddie is also very thorough and helpful. They vacuumed and immediately removed all of the damaged drywall, baseboards, insulation, carpet, etc. and placed them in black plastic bags in the driveway, and took pictures of the bags before hauling them away. The ServPro team has really been outstanding in helping us through this terrible ordeal!

ServPro, led by Supv Diana, did a phenomenal job at my home this week, following recent storms in the area. The team arrived in less than 24 hrs. of making the appointment. They were professional, attentive to my needs, hardworking and personable on top of all of that! Diana, the Supv, jumped right in with her team to get the job done. Diana was diligent about explaining certain processes to me along the way. Once the cleaning was done, the crew helped to organize salvageable items and furniture to make the space livable. Alex Matt Fernando Jorge & Jesus have been helping a lot during a process we’re going through. Alex is easy to get ahold off which is great especially when you’re waiting on your insurance to get something done. They went above and beyond to make sure our house was protected from any nasty stuff while the plumbers came in to fix some stuff.

Great service! Talked with Sean sent pictures of my mold issue. He gave me a quote and then Raul and his team came out and took care of it. His team was great, cleaned everything up after the visit. We had a water main break and flooded the entire first floor of the hotel. When the Servpro team arrived they began immediately (after getting a signature of course) and began the clean up. They did a fantastic job and very organized about it. I wish I knew all of their names because they all deserve recognition for a job well done. Some that I do remember is Jonathan, Sergio and Fernando, but again, the whole team deserves to know that they did a great job and we are very thankful.

Great service from Servpro! Our insurance company recommended Servpro to us since we got water damage to a lot of areas of our home from a pipe that burst when it was freezing outside.
