Nancy was amazing walked me through the whole process tackling every roadblock that popped up from the insurance company and really fought on my behalf to make sure they did not take advantage and short us as they were trying to do before I retained AND’s services…we are very grateful and would absolutely recommend her and her company I will never go through a claim without them again! BRUTAL! Was lied to by the sales rep and the adjuster. Workers left roofing nails on roof so every time on a windy day you had to watch where you were walking. Stepped on 4 of them over the days. Had to be careful with dogs going out as one stepped on a nail. Worker cut the cable to satellite and threw the satellite into the dumpster 2 min before leaving! Added cost by putting gutters on a garage that didnt even have any.. ALL THEY ARE IS STORM CHASERS! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM. PLENTY OF PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE OUT THERE TO TRUST!

Great company to do business with. They followed up on the job, and completed in a timely manner. Worked with our insurance and did all the legwork to make our storm damage a breeze to get fixed. Jake stopped by during the completion of each job to make sure we were happy. Very pleased with the entire experience. Roof, siding and gutters. Great job guys.

They helped me out I was having major leaking and all I did was do it thru my insurance and got approved. When they did the job everything was very clean and tidy.The job was very amazing and came out looking stunning. I also got my gutters, fascia, and down spouts changed. I wanna thank Sammy for helping us through the whole process. My suggestion is working with ANDUSA an amazing family owned company that gets the job DONE.

It's been almost a year since they roofed and replaced my gutters. The roof and gutters failed inspection! I Have called several times and nobody seems to know what's going on and pass the buck to next person who never answers the question. When the are repairs going to happen. I am currently in a rough position. If the roof and gutters inspection failures aren't fixed. I must find someone to fix the roof and gutters or the county will make notes on my deed. Which will effect the resale value and or will cause a lien to be imposed by the county. Please take caution with the fast taking and lying sales staff. They also damaged the garden hose spigot on the side of my home. Which in turn flooded my basement causing over $25,000 in damages and losses. When they came out to see the flood damages we were assured that they would take care of it. I have never heard from them again. My calls go unanswered or they pass the buck from the sales person to the contractor to office personnel.

This company was horrible. They were to do the roof and siding on my home. When they did the roof. They broke the pipe on the roof that connected to my water. Flooded my kitchen , living room, and pantry. Denied everything. Would not take responsibility at all. The next day the siding guys hit my b-box and took the electric out on my main wall. Fried the kitchen fan, again, would take no responsibility. Had my 83 yr old mom on a walker and her pup staying with me. I asked them to make sure they shut the gate because she couldn't go chase him and they would purposely leave both gates wide open. The owner and their crew were rude, ignorant and downright hostile. I think because I am a single woman, they were trying to intimidate me. They never took responsibility for the damage to my home. I had to file a claim and filed with the bbb on them. They were a stressful nightmare. Do yourself a favor, avoid this company like the plague.

They are great people and very patient and nice and there prices is amazing you cant beat there prices anywhere else.. check them out and I promise you won't regret it. Thank you for all your hard work. 💕💕
