Great customer service (the lady at the front desk)and Beautiful fixture on the inside

Needless to say, the folks up at Gem Electric company are the best around. Anything electrical, they have it. Everyone that works there is extremely qualified and can answer any questions you might have or even just give you great advice. I would not go to a big box store when you have electrical needs. This place has it all!

They were so great!!!!!! My dad came and bought the new outlets and light switches for my house. He forgot the cover plate. I came back to get them and they gave them to me for free! So sweet of them! They were so nice!!! I can not say enough good things!!!

The parts department was great—knowledgeable and friendly. I know nothing about lamps and was looking for particular parts with no idea of what I needed, but was given quick service with good explanations of each part and its function. Would recommend a stop in!

So happy with my lighting purchase. I bought 3 fixtures that are gorgeous and unique. And very reasonably priced. Service was exceptional. One item was a special order..received it in 5 days. I will be back and I highly recommend Gem.

Went in looking for a hard to find piece. They did not have it and said it would be hard to locate but gave some good guidance and advice.

This place has been here forever and stocks everything from odd-ball parts to every fixture you can imagine.

Nice friendly staff and beautiful showtoom however items sold are very pricey. I had to buy a chandelier became I was pushed for time since my contractor was already in my home for the install of a chandelier I'd already purchased only just to find out when they opened the box from Amazon a part was missing

Very well and stocked with all kinds of interesting lights. An enlightening experience. Lights in a variety of shapes, colors, sizes and designs. They range from plain to quite fancy. And, the consultant is highly knowledgeable about their products. Need lights, this is the location to check out!

I don't know what I'm doing. They were kinda helpful and crazy expensive.

We had really bad experience with our pendants here. We purchased 3 expensive ones for our kitchen. They would break pretty often for no reason. They agreed to exchanged for same ones only but it kept happening. We asked to get credit for different ones and they disagreed. It was very frustrating replacing them every month and they didn’t care to make an exception in our case knowing how expensive they were and supposedly high quality!! Never will I purchase here!!!!

Closes at 4 on Saturday, it's 3:26 and no one is there and phones are already switched over.

My experience was terrible. The most unwilling to help people I have ever seen. I would never do business with them!

Staff is rude, there is never anyone (worker) on the floor the to ask questions. Have to always form a line to behind buyers to ask just one question. I would rather go elsewhere. Customer service is key.
