We've had problems with our air conditioning since May and had multiple technicians from different companies come out, but the experience with Jack from [Company Name] was vastly different. They provided excellent service as part of our yearly maintenance plan. When my furnace failed on the coldest night of the year, a technician visited promptly and fixed it temporarily until the next morning. Installation of a new furnace followed quickly. As non-members often do, we waited longer for help. However, these technicians were punctual, considerate, and left the area spotless - even taking care to cover their shoes. Their professionalism made all the difference.

We hired Doornbos to install our furnace in the Spring of 2023. When we started using it this winter, it let out a high-pitched whine through the vents that was unsettling. We called them back and sent someone over to take a look. The young technician said he could fix the problem by drilling into the ductwork and installing a new vent. However, since our furnace already had a vent in place, we weren't convinced it would work. He did clean and check the furnace anyway. Fast forward to Fall 2025, when another company came out to inspect our furnace for the winter. The more experienced guy heard about our issue and took care of it by cleaning and adjusting the unit. When he turned it on, there was no more high-pitched sound - it's incredibly quiet now. We're not impressed with Doornbos' techs; they seem inexperienced. They know how to do routine maintenance work, but troubleshooting is beyond their skillset.
