    Called to schedule an appointment for an electrician ASAP as it was a bit of an urgent situation. Had to pos pay $149 up front, and had an appointment made for the following day between 1-4 pm. They never showed up or called/notified me. I called around 4:30, they said they could come the next day at 8 am. I called the next day around 8:45 when no one had showed up. I received a text from the tech saying he could be there after 2 pm that day or 3 days later on a Monday. AC was out, and it was supposed to be in the mid 80's all weekend. Called back and spoke to two different representatives who both said I would be refunded, still have not received a refund 4 days later, or any receipt of original transaction after asking for one multiple times. Seems like a scam... I called my bank to challenge the charge and to have it removed. 0/10 would not recommend.
