Really great value for the work offered! The team was really knowledgeable! Stayed true to quote, arrived on schedule and notified in advance when enroute. I couldn't physically be there during repairs and they sent photo updates from beginning to end, stayed in constant communication and were very clear and courteous. Protected the area they were working in from any damage, and were very clean. Thank you for a great service experience and repair!

Harry was very professional, thoroughly explaining a few options to my wife and me to understand and decide what route made the most sense to fix our issue. Their service is one-time and clean. We'll happily consider PHS Electrical Services for any needs in the future.

Called to schedule an appointment for an electrician ASAP as it was a bit of an urgent situation. Had to pos pay $149 up front, and had an appointment made for the following day between 1-4 pm. They never showed up or called/notified me. I called around 4:30, they said they could come the next day at 8 am. I called the next day around 8:45 when no one had showed up. I received a text from the tech saying he could be there after 2 pm that day or 3 days later on a Monday. AC was out, and it was supposed to be in the mid 80's all weekend. Called back and spoke to two different representatives who both said I would be refunded, still have not received a refund 4 days later, or any receipt of original transaction after asking for one multiple times. Seems like a scam... I called my bank to challenge the charge and to have it removed.
