I’m glad to see there is an other review of how bad this companies employees drive. I was almost run off the road by one of their vans doing 85 if not more in a construction zone on 70 east outside of Indianapolis.They waited until the very last minute to get over before hitting the cones set up to close the left lane. If I did not slam on my breaks they would have had no problem hitting me. If your employees are any indication of how you do business then I cannot talk more poorly about this company.

Everything was so smooth! The ordering of our carpet and padding was super easy and the salesman at the store explained everything perfectly. A few days later, someone came out to measure the space. He was professional and kind. He explained everything very clearly. The install team was great too. Also very professional and kind. The whole experience was great and I would 100% use them again.

My husband and I were both very happy with the carpet installation team in the master and the luxury vinyl plank installation team in the laundry room. The gentlemen were professional, efficient, did an excellent job on the floors and a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.

Super job done by Xavier on my heating/ air conditioning units as well as replacing a burned out motor in my attic exhaust fan. He is is a very nice, well mannered and polite young man. He explained everything clearly and in detail. He is real specialist in his field.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company! I had challenges with the HVAC design at my store and DCS was steadfast in troubleshooting and resolving. I will never plan to use another service provider in this field. Chris, Jay, Ben and Josh have all been a pleasure to work with.

I had three companies come out to help with my A/C unit that was struck by lightning. Even though DCS was booked up, they were able to send over a crew as it was 90+ deg out and replace the unit. The other guys gave me 2 week lead times. They also fixed several issues from previous installation and left us better than expected. Barry, Steve, and Xavier were on time, courteous, and took time to explain everything along the way. True professionals.

One of your technicians was out at Silver Glen Senior Living on 11/30/24 working on my furnace because the circuit breaker kept breaking every 10 to 15 minutes . After more than 4 HOURS of experimenting with out any success he left and said that he disconnected I believe he said “backup “ and would be back on Monday 12/2 to replace the circuit breaker and reconnect the “backup “?? Well it’s going on 2 WEEKS since and the guy NEVER CAME BACK and the furnace doesn’t stop running until you shut off the circuit breaker?
