Very compassionate staff

called to inquire about evaluation and the lady was so rude. cut me off and wouldn’t let me finish talking. then asked how do i know what risk i’m at. well lady if you’d let me finish my question we both would’ve saved time. completely turned me off i wouldn’t dare do business with this place.
she did return my call promptly tho

Worst place I ever went to. Place was dirty and the people you're in there with we're even dirtier. Counselors were horrible and not helpful. One actually argued with me cuz they think they are so smart; so I brought in my MVR and then she saw on paper that I was right. Again, they are supposed to help you not waste your time and money; who pays them? Us. So why would they treat the people that keep them in business like garbage. They make you do silly role playing like you're in elementary school and all of the material seems to be 20+ years old. Place was a joke and I'm sure it always will be. Don't go here and waste your time and money like I did. They will drop you every time just to catch you and they will tell on you like some snitches. There are way better places that will actually help you, not make things harder. Place was disgusting and beyond unhelpful. I hope they go out of business.

Driver almost hit me while cutting through 3 lanes of traffic to make a turn, if they can't drive I don't see how they can do electrical work.. Probably cut corners in more than one aspect. If you make a mistake, own up to it and take corrective action, don't screw other people to make your life easier.
