Pepe did a great job trimming our trees on our large lot and taking a couple down completely. They did an awesome job of cleaning up as well. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible service.

Had a downed tree limb from the storms last night — called first thing this morning and they were here within 45 minutes.

Crew was friendly and they did a thorough job cleaning up the area after they were done hauling everything away.

Best part, price was very fair.

We've been using Pepe for over 5 years doing annual tree trimming and mulching and weekly lawn maintenance. We have found he and his staff to be very professional courteous and attentive. Prices are very reasonable. We referred them out to neighbors with similar feedback.

We love our trees here in the Batavia Highlands because they make cool and refreshing breezes during the hot summer months. Pepe did most excellent work trimming our five large trees last week. Despite a few challenges of wind, cold and such he and his team completed the job and now we are ready for the spring. Pepe has a keen eye for just what needs to be removed for strong and healthy trees.

I have exclusively used Pepe's Tree Service for years now. He and his crew do great work and Pepe makes it easy to handle everything from tree removal & trimming, to planter bed cleanup and general lawn care. I will definitely continue to work with him and his team for a long time!

I have been using Pepe's for the last 3 years. They do a great job and have added a lot of landscaping around my trees and down my driveway. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. I love all the work that they have done over the years and that they continue to do.

Had them come out last year to edge planting beds and lay mulch. Got a competitive quote, and were very flexible in planning. They showed up on-time with a large crew and were done in record time, cleaned up completely and on their way! Great company!

Duck’s provides excellent service and pricing! We have used them twice for tree and bush removal, stump grinding and tree trimming. Service is professional, quick and thorough. The results are fantastic!

Great service and price from this company. We had several companies come out and quote tree removal for our corkscrew willow tree that was at least half dead. Due to its going out in four different directions we were afraid it'd take down a fence, neighbor's garage or another tree if any of the limbs were to fall.

Duck's had the best price and offered to grind the stump as well where the other companies were at least unwilling to take the tree out due to the complexity of the project or at most quoted prices about $1,400 more than what Duck's did the job for (the other companies also said stump removal would cost extra).

A note on pricing: we had several companies come out and their prices ranged from $2,600-$3,600 for just tree removal without stump grinding. Duck's price came to $2,200 with the stump removal.

The difference in pricing seems to stem from whether the tree service will be utilizing heavy equipment (such as a cherry picker operated above the neighbor's garage at one point).

Duck's guys come out tie off their harness rope, and guidelines and have one guy climb the tree, two other's help with the guide line and try to get the cut limbs to the ground as painlessly as possible. While they are working on the tree they have one guy move the cut limbs through the normal sized fence gate(3-3.5' wide) in a little tractor-like vehicle and take them out to the chipper in the street.

After the tree was removed the stump grinder remote controlled robot ground down the stump to the ground (mostly).

They clean up everything (save for the wood mulch from the stump grinding) on their way out by sliding a large wooden panel across the ground to "rake" the various branches around from their work.

This company might lack polish of other companies (such as big shiny vehicles), but their execution is top-notch.

Texting the main line is the best way of communication, so keep that in mind if you try leaving a voicemail message and you're not getting a response.

We hired Duck's Tree service to remove a full grown yet dying pear tree, located 10 feet from our house. We got 5 quotes, and Duck's was not only the best but had the quickest turnaround to actually remove the tree: one week. They showed up before 8 AM on the day of removal, a crew of 5, and were done with the yard SPOTLESS by 9:30 AM.

If I have any other tree service needed, I won't even call other companies. Duck's is my go-to service and I'd highly recommend them.

Ducks did a great job! I had a tree that was 50-60 feet tall, and many of the large limbs were hanging over the roof of my house. Ducks removed the tree and the stump, and they also trimmed several other trees on my property, all for a great price! I highly recommend them!

This company was great to work with! Very responsive, sent an email and they replied very quickly. They came out for a free estimate the next day. Appointment was set up quickly after our estimate and a few days later my tree was gone. Great price, quick service, I would use them again.

We used Duck to take down two trees in my yard. One tree was a very large and very dead box elder tree right next a fence, my shed and a neighbors shed. Duck was out right away to quote me a price. His price was by far the best. He and his crew were right on time to start the job. They took down both trees and cleaned everything up quickly and efficiently.
