Today I had my carpet cleaned by Luis, and he did a phenomenal job! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. I definitely will use Green T Services again and yes, will make a request for Luis. Excellent work! :)

We just had our ducts cleaned again with Daniel, 3 yrs after our initial cleaning. He was so incredibly thorough with his tasks and CLEAN! Very polite too. He explained every step of the process, asked questions and gave suggestions on how to possibly improve our air quality further. To say he is knowledgeable of his craft is an understatement, we could not recommend Green Tee and specifically Daniel enough. Highest recommendation.

We've gone back to Green T after 2 years of being away (I think we got lured by better pricing somewhere else but the results weren't as good) and our lawn is back to where it should be with Green T. We live next to a wetlands area so it's a lot of shade and pine needles, so it's been a struggle - nice to have green grass again! James visited earlier today and did an awesome job!

Was referred by a friend and was very disappointed. Initially called and spoke with Brian. He said the first pest spray would be $100 for interior and exterior and that moving forward they could spray every 6 weeks for less than $100. I obviously said yes because this was a good deal. First spray went well. I continued to see spiders and ants after but no as many so I figured the next couple of sprays should control it. Out of no where, they randomly showed up to spray again. No notice or email/call. We have 1 acre of land and the tech took 5 minutes to spray the whole property but skipped the interior. Did not knock on the door to say he was here or leaving. I called to ask why I wasn't notified and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked to speak with Brian only for him to say "we said 6 weeks so you should know when 6 weeks is." Very unprofessional and also up charged me instead of the agreed upon amount of less than $100.

Very happy with Green T, our yard looks so green and lush. Before hiring green T our yard grass was full of weeds, crabgrass and clovers. They are all gone! We also have two dead spots that we thought about laying sod and by the end of season it was full of grass just with this aeration and seeding. 100% recommend this local company.

Daniel did a great job cleaning all the air ducts. Best job we have ever had done. Daniel explained a lot about keeping the ducks clean in the future. Always had good service from Green T.

Christian’s was courteous and professional. He spoke to me before he started the application and made sure that he understood any special instructions which I had. We have always done very well with Green T professional services.

This was a great experience for us. Simon came out and explained what we needed to do and what they would do. He detailed our options for the type of door for our garage. Green T worked around our schedule as we were having our house painted at the same time. On installation day, we were notified that our installer, John Clark was on his way. We were amazed that one guy was able to complete this task. John exhibited a fantastic work ethic that is so rare today. We are very pleased.

I seldom give reviews but Green T Garage Door service was amazing. I had a handyman do some garage door maintenance 2 years ago and it had already failed. A neighbor had a Green T garage service sign in her yard so I call the number. In a few days they replaced the parts installed by the handyman and now my 20 year old door works perfectly--no thumps, squeaks, or gaps in the weather stripping. The door is now set for the winter with no air leaks in my heated garage. In addition, the cost was very reasonable, about 60% of another quote.
If your garage door needs maintenance, call these guys.

I woke up to a broken garage door( multiple issues with it) . They came out within the hour.. diagnosed it.. .we needed a new door . They came back the next day.. completely professional.. very friendly. And did a GREAT job! Did I mention extremely fair pricing? Highly recommended!!

First of WOW! Green T Windows removed and old large window and installed an amazing and beautiful bay window. The entire process was so smooth (SO MUCH smoother than the home depot salesmen and the 4 other companies we got quotes from) No pressure, fact based produces and sales. None of that "but the competitor doesnt do X or Y" just straight building-facts and up front pricing. Our rep was awesome and helped us come in well under budget saving us THOUSANDS! Its funny, we are now moving up our home window replacement (on the rest of our home windows) because the process went so so smoothly. We wanted to put our house plants on the ledge of the window and the rep and installer worked with us to maximize the depth and space on the shelf. Our house from the outside and inside look so great. The installer did amazing work and their level of craftsmanship was remarkable. I highly suggest customers go w/ these guys. amazing work. This is for lawn service:
We live in West Chicago. You used them before they stopped doing the lawn service. We restarted with them back in 2024. We did the prepaid plan but only had 6 applications done on our lawn because we started with them a month late. Anyway...we didn't have a problem with them in the first couple of applications but then started noticing they were only doing our back yard because our ring bell was not picking them up in front. So, we called and complained. They sent him back out to do it. We also asked for them to start calling prior to coming out and they cannot come on certain days as we wanted to be there when they came to do our lawn. Well it happened 2 more times. Not doing the front lawn. So, we called and complained both times again. They wanted us again this year for the first application. So, we asked for them to call and get the credit card information on Monday. The tech was also coming to do that first application as well on that day. Guess what?! The tech only did the backyard again. We called and complained again. We told Steve we didn't see him doing it nor did our Ring camera pick him up. How can your tech be here for only 5 minutes. Steve said that if he came, there wouldn't be any fertilizer in the front yard. I said yes. We are done with this company. I'm not paying $57 for a half ass lawn treatment. We had this problem last year! He said he would cancel the service and would not charge us for it.
Just be aware of this. I don't know if these people are new but, what lawn service only does half the yard? But charges you full price?

Update: Bill the manager came out to our home to take a look at our front yard. We came to an agreement. Will see how this works out.

To say I'm EXTREMLEY DISSAPOINTED with their carpet cleaning service, would be an understatement. I paid $320 to see absolute NO change at all in my carpets. I got standard cleaning done and there was no soap, and ONLY water and steam used. This left my carpet feeling crispy in some places and did nothing for the stains and dirt on there. If I could compare the service done to my carpet, I would describe it as stepping into the shower with a greasy head and damping the hair with hot water and coming straight out and air drying it. Looking at my carpet you can tell there was absolutely nothing cleaned. I am beyond upset as these were the opposite of the results I was expecting. Never again! Do yourself a favor and please don't get your carpet washed by this company. A store bought vacuum did better cleaning than their machines :(

I first used Green T to service my garage door. Thank goodness I did as some of the parts were wearing out and could have led to a big problem. I decided to switch lawn services and my first and only call was to Green T. Brian and Steve were and are very accommodating and answered all my questions. Even though there has been only one application, I really glad I called them first.

Just had our vents cleaned by Luis G and he did an awesome job. We have a 2nd floor laundry room and the dryer vents to the opposite side of where it is located and he tackled it without issues and with great success. We have used Green T for other services and they are great to work with. They return phone calls, show up on time and give excellent customer service!! If you want a hassle free company to work with, contact Green T, you will be happy you did.

This company was a pleasure to work with start to finish. Their customer service was great. Great communication setting our appointment and letting us know when they were to arrive. Daniel was prompt, thorough and courteous. He even had his own protective booties ( it was snowing). He talked us through the whole process of he how he was going to clean our air vents and the carpet cleaning process. He was fast but very thorough. All and all we would definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. Everything looks amazing. Thank you.

Alexzander from Green T did a fantastic job cleaning my dryer vent! He arrived on time, was courteous, and explained the process before starting. The vent is now clear, and I feel safer knowing it’s well-maintained. Looking forward to next year’s service—and the next round of lawn care in a few weeks!

Very professional, recently had them come out to spray for ants have had not any issues. We have used them for Air Duct cleaning. Great services, awesome techs. Do not hesitate on using Green T Services.

We gravitated to Green T Services after a few years of inferior lawn treatment by a company that lured us with lower pricing, advertised false promises and failed to identify large areas of grass issues due to disease/insects before it was too late. After speaking with Jeff last November I am confident that Green T will catch and treat insect and disease problems in a timely fashion to maintain a healthy and green lawn.

P.S. - we are off to a great start as Christian visited earlier today and did an awesome job of treating my lawn with slow release fertilizer and reseeding bare and thin areas.
