This is my second year with Green T, and I keep coming back because of their quality and professionalism. Daniel did an excellent job cleaning both the ducts and carpets and the results are amazing—affordable, reliable, and my carpet looks like new. Highly recommend!

We called them to change a spring out on one of our garage doors. The price was very affordable. They showed up 4 hours early without notice, so I wasn't home to deal with them. My wife was home and this is her story.
The "two Russian guys" told her if they didn't change out the other door's linkage, it would break in 4 weeks and fall on our car. They also said the rail on one of the doors was so rusted it would fall apart in a couple of months and they needed to replace that as well. My wife called me, hysterical, that these guys were pressuring her with scare tactics to spend more money. I told her to just tell them to change the spring and leave. When I got home I addressed both issues they pointed out. To be fair, the linkage on the other side is in bad shape, but the scare tactics they used that upset my wife seems very preditory and unprofessional. The rust on the rail is nothing more than a little surface rust at the bottom of the rail. They could have handled both issues much better. In my opinion this was a bad experience and even though the price was good, I would be wary of the workers they choose to hire, these guys were not professional.
As far as the spring change, it is working, but time will tell of the quality of that job. I am skeptical.

Outstanding service on Wednesday by Jacob, who cleaned all of our vents in the house, including the dryer vent. He explained clearly what he was going to do and how it was to be done. Jacob was knowledgeable and experienced; he definitely was confident in his ability to complete the job. If all employees are as pleasant and efficient as Jacob, then I definitely recomment Green T Services for any care you home needs.

Just had our air ducts cleaned for the first time in ages. Your technician, Jacob C., was terrific. Not only was he polite and courteous but he worked very hard to get those ducts clean.

I’m not someone who typically leaves bad reviews. In fact, most of my reviews are 5 stars because I genuinely try to support businesses when I can.

I used this company for two seasons and initially had a very positive experience. They were flexible, kind, responsive, and did a beautiful job cleaning the pool and helping with PVC repairs.

Unfortunately, things changed after I discovered an issue with the filter. One day I came home and could barely get it off because it had been forced on so tightly — even my husband struggled to remove it. That’s when the problem started.

I reached out simply asking whether repairs like this were covered or if they carried liability insurance for accidental damage. After that, communication stopped completely.

As a service-based business owner myself, I understand accidents can happen. What matters most is how a company responds when they do. Unfortunately, the damage is significant — around a $400 repair — and the lack of communication has been the most disappointing part.

Had they responded and worked toward a resolution, I would have continued using them and would not be leaving this review. But the complete lack of response leaves me concerned about how similar situations may be handled for future customers.

The two gentlemen did a fantastic job scrubbing our carpet in our 2500 sq ft office and training are. There were some large spots that I was sure would not come out and now I cannot tell even where they were. Very courteous and industrious workers. I could not expect a better job.
