We needed a full service maintenance plan for our office near aurora and these guys delivered! They are very consistent with the disinfecting services and the communication is always easy.

They clean our warehouse office area and the main lobby 3x a week. The lobby is what i care about most because thats what clients see when they walk in and it always looks good now. Floors are mopped and the glass entry doors stay spotless which sounds small but it was a constant problem before. The office section gets vacuumed dusted and trash pulled every visit, bathrooms too obviously. One thing i appreciate is they handle the breakroom properly, like actually wiping down the microwave and coffee area not just emptying the trash can and calling it done. We’ve been using PLUS for about 5 months now i think and the quality hasnt dropped off which is usually where these services fall apart. Pricing was reasonable for what we get and theres no contract games or anything weird, just regular scheduled cleanign that gets done right.
