Received a flyer on my doorstep from Ashley Tree Service and decided to get an estimate for trimming up two gigantic trees with limbs hanging over my neighbor's house. Hector showed up early for our appointment and walked me through what needed to be done. He provided proof of insurance and scheduled the work at a time convenient to my schedule. The three man crew showed up as scheduled and went to work. They were courteous, worked with precision and were careful to not damage anything. Even my daffodils were undisturbed! They left only the wood that was requested and left the yard spotless. Definitely recommend them!

Hector and his amazing team arrived shortly after 11:00a today, and by 12:30p they had 2 - 20+ year old pine trees removed and the stumps ground! Truly an impressive team, all worked swiftly to set up their equipment, everyone respectful of the property, removed every last twig, leaving just two small soft mounds of tree shavings where the trees once stood. Pricing was excellent, and Hector even ground 2 additional stumps as a gift! I would 100% recommend Ashley Tree Service to anyone and will certainly ask them to return in the future! Hector and his crew did an amazing job. They arrived on time. They were very careful not to disturb anything around the tree. They cleaned up the ground and even blew the twigs and leaves out of the gutters. I would definitely recommend Ashley for any work needed.

We had an emergency situation where a tree had to come down immediately! Hector got us on the schedule immediately & his crew’s whole process of taking down a HUGE tree was nothing short of perfect. Their teamwork, ability, and safety protocol was EXTREMELY impressive! They worked VERY hard & got the job done & cleaned up everything! A Good Service Gone Bad! We have used outdoor service for a few years and never had any real issues. 2026 is a whole new ballgame.........3 strikes your OUT! Signed up for grass cutting in January 2026 and was assured we would be scheduled in the spring. It wasn't until the very end of April that we heard from All Illinois. By this time, our grass was extremely high. An employee was sent out to cut after numerous phone calls. He immediately complained to us that the grass was too high. Really?? He did a terrible job cutting and the owner Beto came out the following day to re-cut. The charge was $50.00, I gave him $65.00 because he had to come out again to fix the issue. The following week, I reached out and requested that the grass be cut again......no response. I reached out a second time and received a message stating "we are booked for the season and are not taking on new clients". I immediately replied......"I'm not a new client". No response from All Illinois. So here we are heading into the second week in May and we have NO service. Fortunately, our neighbor gave us his landscaper's name and we now have reliable service. This style of customer service is totally unacceptable! I would suggest the company change their name..........you can't handle the city of Aurora let alone all of Illinois. OIDOS AMIGOS!

We had a great experience with this landscaping company! The prices were reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent. He knew exactly what needed to be done and executed everything perfectly. We're very happy with the results and will definitely work with this company again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful work!!! He has finished a flagstone patio a couple of years ago and has now made a small retaining wall. Beto and his crew do great work. He is dependable and at a fair price!

Almost got ran over by one of there drivers then he proceeded to bully me with his truck through the intersection treating to rear ended me ... teach them what stop signs are!

Absolutely terrible. Called for a quote, and was promised prompt service. Totally disappointed that I had to keep calling days after promised quote only to find out they were “full” in my area and couldn’t even provide a quote to take the job. You would think I could have been told that days earlier instead of wasting my time! Do not waste your time!!!

Westfield Landscape takes care of my property. They are always punctual and do a great job on my lawn. Highly recommended.

Westfield is my commercial snow plower. We would highly recommend Westfield Landscape for your commercial plowing. Ask for Victor. Always, promptly responds. Our driveways were addressed quickly aftetr each of the storms in 2014.

As a property owner, Westfield did not provide snowplow service on a timely basis. Furthermore, service provided was poor and Westfield decided to go out to each of my properties on their own time schedule and invoiced several thousand of dollars without notification or consent. Their contract is deceiving and I recommend all consumers to educate themselves on Westfield's services before signing a contract with their business services. I am attaching a photo from 01/30/19 displaying the lack of plowing of parking stalls even though Westfield came to the property 4 times in 72 hours and invoiced me for all services performed in their poor snow removal contract. BEWARE CONSUMER!
