Tree cut down in 45 min. Jose promised to return in couple days to grind out the stump/remove after Julie marked to fulfill his obligation and work he agreed to with me. I have been calling daily with no response and now he blocked my number/ghosted me. If he doesn't return, I will be reporting his company to the Better Business Bureau.

Don't believe a word Jose Luis says. If you hire him, make sure all work is completed before paying him. We had a tree chopped down and Jose agreed to return to grind the stump. Call him multiple times. As others noted, he either had a lame excuse or ghosted me. Beautiful Tree Service also destoyed a dwarf Lilac when removing the debris.

Took down a large tree in my back yard, gutter damage occurred which was not apparent until after a rain 3 weeks later. Spoke with an agent on 10/4, who assured me that a supervisor would contact me, as he said we want our customers to be satisfied. No agent ever called, and my phone call to the company on 10/7 was not returned. I'm willing to work with the company to resolve this issue but, no communication. As of now, will not do business again with this company.

I'd give 0 starts if that was an option! Jose offered to remove a tree he claimed was close to the point of falling, we agreed to have him removed the tree and trim some other worrisome branches. He claimed they would place plywood on my lawn before driving their bucket truck on my lawn, well they did not. I now have huge ruts in my front yard, their truck was leaking hydraulic oil on my lawn, landscaping rock, landscaped plants and on the siding of my house and conveniently tore up my neighbors lawn as well. We cancelled payment on the check, and called him to come back to look at the damage.
Jose returned and told my wife , "it will be fine after rain" and sent a power washer to come and try remove the oil. While I appreciate the power washer, the lawn is F'd!
Moral of the story is find another company to trim and cut your trees. Jose is not worth the trouble or headaches.

We had 2 very large trees that needed to be removed. This company came by on a Sunday while out in the neighborhood and offered their estimate. We went with them based on decent reviews and they seemed very professional. They came out the very next day to complete the work. They did a nice job removing the trees. The work took the entire day and they truly worked hard. The trees were taken down carefully and with skill. The crew did leave their lunch trash on the trampoline in the backyard, but again with all of the work to clean up from the trees, it was a small issue. The negative feedback comes from 8 large flagstone pieces of our walkway were damaged beyond repair and needed replaced from their big equipment rolling over them all day. No problem, this stuff happens. The team leader and manager of the company offered full replacement to fix the stone and then completely ghosted me. It’s been 2 months and not a word after repeated attempts to contact the company again. I had to hire a landscaper to take care of the stone after this company has completely ignored me.

Jose left two pine tree stumps after cutting down our pine trees after spending thousands. He never came back to finish the job after numerous phone calls and outreach. Do no trust this company they do not finish their work no matter what they promise. Would never recommend them to neighbors or friends.

FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!! As many others have noted, they did not return to grind the stump! Many calls, all ignored. If you've made the mistake already to hire them, don't pay them until ALL THE WORK AGREED TO IS DONE!

10/5 stars!!! They were flexible and accommodating. It was pure happenstance that I saw them in my neighborhood. Requested a quote, the manager on duty was able to inspect my trees, give me a quote and were able to trim two of my very large trees that towers over my 2 story home and neighbors garage, within a 24 hour time span They efficiently cut down some hazardous tree trunk/branches and cleaned the debris within 2hours.

The best part of the experience was that it was at a competitive & deal breaking price!

I highly recommend. Reliable, fast and efficient team who go out their way to do more than requested and give amazing results! WORTH IT!!!!!!!

We needed two trees taking down and three stumps grinder and Juan was the first one to the house with the most reasonable quote. The team did a wonderful job when they came to our home and we are highly recommending them to anyone who needs lawn care done. 10 stars!

I had Paulo and Sons out twice on my property and the neighbors have used them as well; they provide an excellent service for tree removal. These guys came in to knock down a dying tree near power lines and they knocked it out at a reasonable price within 2 hours. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to call them out again. Thanks guys and stay safe.

I had a large bough of a locust tree fall on my roof after a storm. Paulo and Sons gave me by far the most affordable estimate and they were able to provide service within two days. They took the limb down safely, and removed all the debris. Great work!

This is the second time we have used Paulo and Sons Tree Services. They are great, the are reasonably priced, show up on time (which is huge for me), and they clean up when they are done. They are all very nice and respectful. I will definitely use them again.

I tried to call for tree services after a large limb came down in a storm, and Paulo was the only one who answered the phone. (The others I tried first took hours to days to get back to me.) He also came out for a free estimate the same day. By the next afternoon, my yard was all cleaned up like nothing had ever happened, and all for a very good price. He was very communicative, texting with updates and letting me know when he was on his way. I would recommend Paulo and Sons.

Paulo and his 2 sons did an excellent job today removing a tree and stump, trimmed bushes and trimmed another tree in our backyard, They were on time and cleaned up everything from the job site. There prices are excellent and they did outstanding work. Very very happy with Paulo and Son’s. Would definitely use them again and highly recommended this company.

Paulo & Sons removed 2 trees (ash and pear) and did an excellent job. Trees were close to house and fences and I am glad I hired pros to prevent any damage. They had all the right tools to take care of things safely and efficiently. Thanks Paulo!

Paulo and Sons were doing a job for my neighbor. Her job went so quickly and efficiently that I wanted to see if they could remove the stumps from 2 large shrubs that I had cut down last year. They immediately came over to give me an estimate which I accepted. Then they ground out the stumps and cleaned up the area very quickly. I was really happy with the job, the price and their willingness and flexibility to estimate and complete my small job right then and there. I will definitely use them again when we need additional tree or shrub service. Thanks!

We had two trees removed by Paulo & Sons today (6/3/22). They were wonderful to deal with and did a nice job. They came with all the equipment to quickly and safely bring down both trees. Most of each tree was ground up into wood chips and the the rest hauled away. they nicely cleaned up the yard and street. A family owned business that both my wife and I would highly recommend.
