We have the most amazing team that cleans our home every three weeks. They are Veronica and Martha C. I am handicapped and when they leave it looks gorgeous! Our cat (who doesn't greet many people) runs to see them when they arrive as they are so kind to her! Thank you for sending such a great team of professional , kind and nice home cleaners! It makes us proud to tell people what service we use to keep our home looking so nice.

Brenda and Husbelia were wonderful! My house has never been so clean. I looked everywhere even under the beds to try to find something they missed. They missed nothing! The house never smelled so clean and fresh. They even liked our large dog! Molly Maids was a great decision for me and my family!

We just had our initial cleaning by Team #8. Maribel and Lupe arrived during the scheduled window and worked hard until the job was complete (more than 5 hours). We had tried other cleaning services in the past and never have we had a more thorough cleaning! They even cleaned the grill for the bathroom vent! The oven is spotless!

I felt like we were working with professionals as soon as they arrived. Maribel introduced herself and simply said, "we are here to clean your house." I pretty much stayed outside doing yard work to stay out of the way. Every time I came in, they were working away.

If the routine cleanings maintain this level of service, I see us developing a long term relationship with Molly Maid Aurora-Naperville! Outstanding service!

Team 13 cleans my house every other Wed. and they never disappoint me. Susanna always makes sure I am satisfied and have no complaints. Its always nice to come home to a sparkling clean house. If you have never had Molly Maids clean your house you should give them a try. They can do in a few hours what would take me all day.

The service we received was EXCELLENT!!! We had a move-out clean and everything was sparkling when they finished!! The bathroom was cleaned better than when we move into this condo! All the rooms were done with such care and we couldn't be more pleased so GLAD we hired Molly Maids of Aurora Naperville!!! Margarita & Maggie are ROCK STARS!!! I will definitely use them in the future when I need and will ask for them!!! If you are looking for a maid service I highly recommend this place!!

Would recommend Molly Maids cleaning service. The team of Brenda and Irma did an excellent job cleaning my home. They were thorough and worked quickly. I won’t hesitate to have them as my team going forward. Love the clean smell and shiny floors!

They were great! I was worried about them being ok with my cats in the house and they were great, no issues at all. They cleaned everything...I mean everything. The office managers were very professional and were able to work me into the schedule quickly; understanding my needs. I can't wait to utilize their services on a regular basis going forward!

I love Mirna and Cecilia! They work so hard and are so efficient about cleaning my home. They clean what is needed, and they also do extra nice things like fold the towels in pretty ways, empty the baby's diaper bin, etc. They are also very nice women. They always ask about my kids and the family. I feel so comfortable with them in my home and would recommend them and Molly Maids to anyone.

It’s been four years since we became customers. We’ve had other services in the past and the truth is that nothing compares. Brenda has been with us since day 1 and Irma joined a couple years later. They are a fantastic team that we can count on to always bring the sparkle back to our home. They treat our home like it is their own and we are grateful to have them taking care of us. Finally, the corporate team are also great with communication and follow up. Molly Maid of Aurora is a first class service.

Very pleased with our Molly Maid experience - very professional, thorough and dependable. Veronica and Martha are great! We have Molly Maids come my home every 2 weeks...... And they do an amazing job. The ladies of team #5 Veronica and Martha do an outstanding job. I am use to cleaning my own home and with having such a busy work schedule it's hard to now. I am happy that I can count on Martha and Veronica to take care of my house and all my personal belongings with care and respect. I will continue to use them in the future for my new homes. So pleased with our "cleaning angels"! Team 14 Isela & Maria X are such hard workers and so pleasant & friendly to have in our home! Even our dog looks forward to their visits! Our first visit was a deep cleaning and our home was spotless! They now keep us in tip-top shape by coming every 2 weeks. We love them! The office staff is professional and very nice to work with . So glad we found them!

Our family lives in a 4 bedroom home with pets and we decided to get some help. We are so satisfied with the service and the attention to detail by team. I did ask to leave the office at that time due to the meeting I had and the remote work. But I would like it to be taken care of next time. I’m very glad that I chose Molly Maid of Aurora-Naperville. Molly Maid came and did a whole house deep clean. The two ladies worked to make sure that every corner of the house was shining and clean. They did everything from sweeping down the walls to cleaning baseboards. They did an amazing job.

My children purchase a Molly, maid gifts Certificate of a $150 and was told that was sufficient for a move out cleaning. I called to make the appointment. I was told that an additional $150 will be needed
They charge a $150 per hour. When I talk to my daughter-in-law about it. She said they misrepresented themselves when she purchased the certificate. She was quoted a $150 would be enough for what need to be done. I do not recommend Molly Maid. I asked for the corporate number, and they refused, I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was on vacation. After speaking with different people, I received a call back and stated they would come over for 1 hour. Also refused to give money back.

The ladies were very meticulous. The house was very clean. I would ask next time if they would use a different scented cleaning solution. It wasn’t pleasant smelling to me or my family. Lupe was a sweetheart.

We have had the same crew of Deloris and Marielena for a while now. They are so friendly and professional! They do a great job cleaning the entire house. They are also so very friendly with our old dog!

Working from home, they take great care to allow me to work and alert me when it is time to clean my office.
