The girls have been cleaning for us for over 8 years. They do the best job. They are honest and super nice. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Great experience and professional work. My husband passed away and I have been struggling to do basic house work. Molly Maids has been great. The first cleaning is a super deep clean. Then from there on, it's more of a maintenance clean. They do move things to dust which I appreciate. Plus, if you need more or something special you can reach out to the service to see what they can provide and additional costs. They have weekly, every fortnight, every 3 weeks, or just 1x a month options. I am currently using their service and plan to continue at least until things are a little better....and who knows maybe longer.

Margarita & Vero G were the nicest and best at making sure my home is clean and in tip top shape! I would highly recommend Molly Maids.

I was not satisfied with the service I received. The quality of work did not meet my expectations, and the overall experience was disappointing. Because of this, I would not recommend this company.

I have had several teams. Some just didn’t seem to care or half cleaned. When I wasn’t pleased,
They always did their best to meet my satisfaction. The last 2 times I have had team 13 with Deena and they are very courteous and do a great job/

Over time, my master bedroom furniture has been ruined (the product used on the very nice hand rubbed finish, resulted in what you see in the photo). AND my center vanity roll top door storage (in the master bedroom) was soaked with product and resulted in last 4 photos. Could never communicate with them, as they only spoke spanish. They suggested that I just call each time I wanted to explain something. Finally, the only gal I had that spoke a little spanish disappeared about last February. She told me she was looking for other work. They told me she moved to a different client. At any rate, that was about the time by 13mm Black Pearl that my husband bought me for my 50th in Bora Bora went missing. They sweep dust and dirt into corners and never clean it. They ONLY had to dust, vaccuum and scrub as I cleaned my home first (so they could focus on deep cleaning) and well, there were places they never even thought to dust. Like headboards of beds or perhaps vaccuum under beds once in a blue moon. NOPE. I have dust allergies and would NEVER use them again. They damaged furniture with the vaccuum and put throw rugs over wet floors. Gross. I also paid for the basement to be cleaned each week and they didn't do it consistently. I mean if you cleaned the baseboards, you'd see the spider webs, right? Had to point out dead spiders/bugs near baseboards??? Really? They are not trained. They're just serving their time (in my home) yapping on their phones. Never, ever again.

Unfortunately this was the second time services were not performed as they should have. Several rooms were not cleaned, base boards and window sills were dusty and the chandelier was not dusted. I have used Molly Maids previously and they performed well, however the last two times were well under par. We have parted ways

We had TEAM #4 out for our service and I couldn’t have been more impressed with their attention to detail to EVERYTHING, but also the speed in which they cleaned everything. It was an AWESOME experience. Will definitely be calling on Molly Maid the next time I need service.

Always pleasant, respectful and very happy to play with my dog. They are patient and takes very good care of my home. Maricella is amazing! She is always smiling but super focused. Jeanette from the office is super accommodating and always willing to work with schedule changes.

The cleaning crews are always fantastic. Great customer service whenever you call. My only issue is the high cost. I do have a big home but use just a few rooms.

After carefully researching cleaning companies in our area, we chose Molly Maid. The prices were very reasonable. But price isn't everything. Aurora came to our home to discuss what we wanted and needed. I got a good vibe from her from the very start. Our team is Dolores and Fabiola. They are amazing! Not only are they incredible cleaners, they are personable and I look forward to their times with us. In the office, Jeanette and Maribelle are always very accommodating when I need to change our schedule. The value isn't in just the price - I have more free time to spend with my family. I highly recommend the “Molly Maid” cleaning service. I have a fantastic team who clean my house once a month. The two wonderful women work very efficiently within two hours, leaving my house sparkling clean and fresh. It’s a pleasure to come home to. They use their own non toxic cleaning products and equipment, including their own vacuum. If you need to cancel or change your schedule of service they give you no hassles. I feel very privileged and happy to have Molly Maid at my service!

Molly Maids were the best home cleaners I have had in years. They were very thorough and efficient. They included the details such as the lights above the mirror in all bathrooms, baseboards, and crevices in the kitchen. My home shines.
