I was skeptical with this service shop at first: so many reviews looked fake, with single-review accounts using nearly identical wording. It made me question the business’s legitimacy and how reliable they’d be. Still, I had already scheduled the appointment, and figured the worst case would be paying the $95 service fee and declining the estimate

To my surprise, the technician who came (Denys from Ukraine) was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled: he was able to determine the problem almost immediately just by listening to the machine run, and spent a little over an hour fixing our 2018 front-load LG washer, which is now running perfectly again

That experience convinced me to leave my own genuine review. They’re a legitimate, fair-priced appliance repair shop based in Aurora. I paid $350 total for the internal water pump replacement (parts and labor). Labor is clearly the costly part, but they’re open to some negotiation, so it’s worth asking

ON AN IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE: I started by contacting LG (just like I did last year when my LG fridge died after five years), and once again they flat-out refused to help. They wouldn’t even start the authorized service process, even though I was willing to cover the costs myself. They didn’t provide a list of local repair shops either, so I had to rely on Google Maps to find one nearby. Once this machine finally gives out, I will never buy anything from LG again

Was recommended by Parts Store. They said it would be $85 for Trip Charge, but would get back on Repair. Dryer needed 2 parts that cost $50. They charged $320. Took only 30-40 minutes. Didn’t see where my $85 came off either. In My opinion- Stat Away!!!!

This company has been in business since 1967...
50 years so one must assume ..they are doing things in a fair manner I did and I was right ! Was told everything up,front and was not disappointed in any way ..I will recommend them as they are top notch !

I had a real emergency, on a week-end. I called several companies and all I could find, was voice mails. I needed service now! FoxValley answered and it was a real, live person. I took a chance and it was the best ever. The work was Quality, Rapid and Professionally done. They gave me a magnet and a pen with the phone number.
