He poked around the furnace to diagnose the issue and then he determined the problem was from a broken part. Dave drove to Lombard and back to my house in Aurora for the replacement part because it was uncommon and not in stock anywhere closer. He got the part installed and we had a functional furnace again, just in time for sub zero temps. I very much appreciate the job he did and the quick response.
