Phil and Kathy have been nothing short of kind, helpful, informative, and provide excellent customer service. On multiple occasions I have had questions or concerns as a new pool owner and they have always been responsive to help guide me in the best ways possible which is above and beyond their job duties of opening/closing my pool. Their responsiveness is much appreciated in a world where a simple callback is scarce with other companies!

Chip & Dip winterized our hot tub and re-started it this spring. It now no longer is working. 3 days ago they verbally said they would come out and take a look and now they have gone completely dark on us. Would NEVER recommend someone who cannot stand behind their work. Terrible and costly experience to fix their work.

From the beginning on just asking if they could help with my new heater installation these guys are nothing but professional and SUPER FRIENDLY!!!! I was super happy with the service provided by Joe on the installation of my new heater - Joe took the time to explain how the new heater worked how to use it efficiently and even took the time to answer questions I had on the chlorination process for my pool. I was so happy with the service and friendliness that decided to get a chlorination system installed by them and to my surprise they installed on the same day!!! The guys at Chip and Dip are very responsive to any pool opening and closing requests. If there are any issues after they leave, they do not mind coming back and taking care of their customers. I previously utilized several other services in the area to open and close my pool, but found Chip and Dip to be so much more reliable, professional, and the best value! I will be a returning customer as long as I have a pool!
