Britton Whitcher @ USA Exteriors was simply awesome to work with. He managed everything with insurance, kept me updated every step of the way & took time to walk me through all the insurance jargon. Perhaps one of the best experiences I’ve had with any contracting company.

Britton Whitcher inspected our roof and contacted our insurance company about getting it replace due to hail damage. After approval from the insurance company he had workers at our house within a week and work was completed very quickly. We could not be happier with the job and Britton's professionalism.

He was very knowledgeable about what was needed and necessary to replace my roof and I truly appreciated that information!! If I had to call BRITTON with a question and had to leave a message, he responded back instantly!!! They went OVER and ABOVE to replace my roof!! I had my entire exterior vinyl siding replaced and the team did an excellent job! I worked with Britton and he was extremely professional. He first came by for a consultation as I had experienced some fairly significant damage to my siding. He helped walk me through the process on how I should file a claim with my insurance and I was able to have them cover the full replacement costs. If it wasn’t for him I would have probably paid out of my pocket for the replacement. Great company and did a great job following up with me along the way which was much appreciated.

Britton and his team have been a delight to work with. Having roofing and siding replaced on your home will always be a hassle. Although they made the process so easy, and were so professional and thorough in every aspect. They spent a lot of time after each day to clean and pick up any debris or messes which really helped with my active family having early morning starts. I would absolutely recommend this company time and time again. Their professionalism was top tier, and unmatched to the 10 plus companies that approached me for the same job.

Britton replaced my roof and the gutters on my house last summer. I have never had a better connector take care of my family home. He helped my husband and I through the entire insurance process and educated us on how things work. He was super flexible with our time too. When it came to the work his guys were so efficient they had my house done in 2 days. They did such an amazing job and things look great! We will always go back to him if we need help again.

I contacted the company to replace our old roof and gutters. Excellent service since day 1. Everything went smooth and on schedule. They even took care of my plants and I really appreciate that. Britton provided excellent support and communicates the whole process very detailed, he responded all the questions we had. As he said the only thing I had to worry about was to choose the color of the new roof.

This is an excellent company. This was our 2nd project with them and we have been please each of the times they have worked on our building. Highly recommend them.

You guys need to used these place guys if want to take back ur yard again. No more swampy mud puddles for my dog to play with nor swampy poddles for bugs and misquote to live in. I am so happy I had them come out and get it done.
